Once again due to our brothers being in court today, we will keep this update relatively brief.
Please pay attention to sections 1 & 2 in the update below.
Please also pay particularly close attention today to section 7 of the update — it contains critical insights that every British citizen and every licence fee payer must consider, especially as the water reaches near-boiling point for the BBC.
The recent Telegraph investigation exposed not only the deceptive editing of President Trump’s speech, but also the extent to which radical leftists within the BBC have acted as tyrannical gatekeepers, silencing conservative viewpoints in the transgender debate and even banning gender-critical voices such as Sex Matters and Helen Joyce.
This is not just about these latest revelations. It is about the BBC’s entire modus operandi — a pattern of behaviour that, now increasingly brought to light, only further strengthens the case for a class action lawsuit against them.

The Open Letter to President Donald J. Trump has now been sent to every member of the BBC Board, Executive Committee and Editorial Standards Committee. This is another decisive step in making it unmistakably clear that while they refused to take accountability for the actions of the BBC and its journalists in the case of Lighthouse, we have now escalated this matter to one of the most influential leaders in the world — the President of the United States — to ensure he is aware of their tyranny. They will, no doubt, wish they had acted sooner.

7. The BBC Class Action (collective claim by BBC forced licence fee payers)
| Explanation: The BBC are notorious for their ill-treatment of both staff and forced licence fee payers. Us citizens are on to them and the number of us is growing exponentially, and this (very partial) radical left-wing broadcasting cult fears for its future! Citizens will no longer have to pay to be lied to. We do not owe the BBC our hard-earned money. NO… They owe us! A well overdue initiative.. |

Today, we ask you—as citizens—to consider very carefully who the BBC truly are. As mentioned in the opening comments, the BBC are in hotter water than ever before. More and more of their modus operandi is now being exposed, and at a rapidly increasing rate. This is simply because they’ve entered the centre of the news cycle, drawing the mainstream media to swarm around them with increasing scrutiny. But in the case of the BBC, those vultures are gathering for a reason: they are drawn to the rot, and the reckoning that has been a long time coming.
The modus operandi of the BBC is very clear—to build so-called trust not through being transparent about themselves and aligning with truth, but rather to point the finger at everyone else and deflect attention away from themselves. This is seen in how they:
A. Regularly frame external organisations as uniquely flawed while presenting their own missteps as isolated, unfortunate anomalies. When scandals arise elsewhere, they are dissected with forensic enthusiasm; when they arise within their own walls, the coverage shrinks, softens, or disappears into carefully curated corporate language.
B. Lean heavily on the language of impartiality while subtly reinforcing particular narratives. By selecting certain experts, foregrounding specific angles, or omitting key contextual details, they claim neutrality on the surface while steering audiences toward predetermined conclusions.
C. Deploy the rhetoric of ‘public interest’ to justify invasive scrutiny of others, yet invoke privacy, legal constraints, or “ongoing reviews” when pressed about their own internal controversies. Transparency becomes a one-way street—demanded, but seldom reciprocated.
D. Shift public attention through manufactured urgency, focusing on sensationalised stories that conveniently overshadow criticism directed at themselves. The cycle of outrage becomes a smokescreen: the louder the noise elsewhere, the quieter their own accountability becomes.
E. Rely on repetition and authoritative tone to craft consensus. Rather than building credibility through demonstrated integrity, they cultivate it through constant performance—anchors, correspondents, and analysts speaking with an air of certainty that substitutes for actual openness.
F. Position themselves as the arbiters of truth, implying that trustworthiness is inherent to their identity rather than something that must be continually earned. This posture makes critique seem not only unwelcome but illegitimate—because questioning them is framed as undermining the very fabric of public discourse.
In all of this, the pattern is unmistakable: authority asserted, not demonstrated; credibility manufactured, not earned. Instead of modelling transparency, they regulate the narrative environment around themselves, ensuring that accountability remains something imposed on others while they remain curiously exempt from the same standard.
Consider this as the next few weeks and months unfolds as our case for a class action lawsuit against the BBC only grows.

Thank you for this update. It really brings to light the deeper patterns behind how institutions like the BBC operate, and why so many people have lost trust. The way you’ve broken things down shows clearly how “public interest” can be used to mask a lack of real accountability.
I’m grateful that we at Lighthouse continue to stand for truth, transparency, and integrity from a place of conviction rather than convenience. What we’re exposing isn’t just about media behaviour — it’s about protecting citizens and refusing to let powerful institutions rewrite the so called reality without challenge.

This update clearly highlights what we as the public need to know, having our best interests at heart, not what the BBC say they do. They claim that what they do is in the publics interests, but lying, forcing us to pay for those lies is not in our interest.
I pray for the three brothers who are standing up for the truth, wanting to hold the BBC accountable for their tyrannous lies and to seek justice.

This is a quote from Dr Covey from his work ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ and we are seeing it happen now before our eyes with the BBC.
They are doing one thing to others and claiming to hold them accountable, yet if they were any other organisation, in any other sphere of business, they would have been closed down by now.
The number of financial irregularities, criminal investigations and errors that are in their work, basically makes the BBC as it is today, unfit for purpose.
The U.S. FCC can see this, the UK public can see this, only the government and the BBC themselves can not.
🔥 Thank you for these six damning points regarding the foul character of the BBC. They have tried to sully Paul’s character because they know he is striking right at the root in his understanding of the Modus Operandi of the BBC. Not only are they being exposed through their actions, which are now catching up with them fast, they are also being exposed at the very heart of their corruption, tyranny and evil. They are really in an extremely poor position and there will not be a single person or organisation that envies where they are and where they are going! God help them to repent and make things right with the public who have previously trusted and believed in them.
It is only a matter of time before the true nature of the BBC is accepted by the masses and their time will be done. What I have personally noticed is how I once struggled to believe it was even possible for the BBC to be so heinous while holding such a respected reputation, and for that reputation to be false. All I had ever known was the facade of the BBC, not who they really are, until now.
What a powerful analysis of the BBC’s MO. When you start to see it, you can’t unsee it and it is absolutely damning. Not only damning but plain evil that THIS is the state broadcaster. THIS is the corporation forcing licence fees, when this is how they behave. It is utterly outrageous. The BBC is longer remotely fit for purpose, it is horrific and must be dismantled.
Over the last years, more and more scandals at the BBC have come to light and the recent manipulation of Donald Trump’s speech makes their methods increasingly obvious. It feels as though the BBC have spent decades constructing a smokescreen, creating internal “celebrities” such as news anchors and presenters whose real role is to push propaganda to the public. Instead of building an upbuilding, truth-centred system, they created one that manipulates the public while presenting themselves as a paragon of virtue.
It raises the stark question of what their real agenda is. It is the very definition of evil: doing bad things in the name of good. We’ve experienced the consequences ourselves, how their manipulation causes real pain and suffering, impacting individuals and families.
That’s why I appreciate this update on the BBC Class Action. A state broadcaster ought not operate this way.
