A New Daily Update on Behalf of Paul S. Waugh
LIGHTHOUSE DAILY UPDATE – Thursday 30th October 2025..
By Paul S. Waugh and support team..
Today’s Daily Opening Comment..
Good evening everyone.
Today marks an important day in the ongoing fight against tyrannical forces as another step is taken to hold the Insolvency Service accountable for their unlawful arrest warrant for Mr Shaun Cooper.
As this week’s updates have outlined, this comes after years of holding the line against the corruption and incompetence of the Insolvency Service. It has caused extensive pain and suffering to Mr Cooper and his family—not to mention, the rest of Lighthouse who remain greatly affected.
Please keep Mr Cooper and his family in your prayers as well as Paul Waugh in his ongoing recovery from prolonged illness.

C. The tyrannical forces who REALLY do not want us to find solutions to these problems (problems will be outlined from tomorrow’s update onward). Most notably the BBC, the defamers, slanderers and persecutors trying desperately to destroy us, our lives and livelihoods.
NB.. just a reminder that these updates will largely be explained through the PSOV model.

1. Court & Legal Update
Explanation: What’s happening with Lighthouse and those that oppose us to destroy us in terms of litigation both civil and criminal cases.
Today’s update:
Formal Notice of Institutional Misconduct Issued to Insolvency Service CEO Alec Pybus
Following three days of detailed reporting on the deceit and procedural failures surrounding the case of Lighthouse and the unlawful warrant of arrest issued against Mr Shaun Cooper, a major new development has now taken place.
Today, a formal notice has been sent directly to Alec Pybus, Chief Executive of the UK Insolvency Service—and his superiors—placing both him and his agency under legal and public notice of accountability. The letter sets out a catalogue of institutional misconduct, provable lies to the Court, and coordinated cover-ups within the Insolvency Service. Unfortunately while the appeal is still underway, we are not able to publish the letter. However, once completed, we will be publishing the letter in the public interest and for the sake of accountability. The public deserves to know how these agencies abuse processes and get away with corruption and incompetence.
The notice identifies Deputy Official Receiver Michael Bint’s false statements before Judge Agnello in July 2025 and the Service’s deliberate withholding of critical evidence that influenced the unlawful arrest warrant of Mr Cooper. It demands that under Mr Pybus’s stewardship, that the Insolvency Service correct the court record, initiate disciplinary proceedings against named officers, and formally acknowledge its breaches of candour and procedural fairness within fixed legal deadlines.
Failure to act, the letter warns, will trigger escalation to the Court of Appeal, the various judicial regulatory bodies, Parliament, and crucially the citizen-led Private Prosecution Service UK (PPS)—our new initiative under Citizen Intervention Global.
This decisive action marks a turning point in the pursuit of justice, signalling that the leadership of the Insolvency Service will now be held individually responsible and to the same legal standards it so freely imposes on others. The days of hiding behind bureaucracy and “tricknicalities” are drawing to an end and Citizen Intervention Global is spearheading a movement to hold tyrants and tyrannical institutions accountable.

Keep going guys. The more you share your story, the more it encourages others to share theirs to the point there is overwhelming evidence of the Insolvency Service and their skulduggery and they won’t be able to get away with it.
This is excellent progress. God bless you Shaun and the team behind this. Mr Pybus is certainly going to receive a firm reality check. I pray he has the wisdom to take responsibility for his organisation, and that he realises he ought to.
Accountability is the complete opposite of tyranny, and is why institutions like the Insolvency Service think they can get away with whatever they want.
If there is no one watching them (or whoever is watching is also involved in the wrong doing) then there is no one to actually regulate their actions.
This is what we have seen many times now and the only way to bring the required regulation is to bring open public accountability to their actions.
We are all human, we can make mistakes and misunderstand facts and events. The real damage is caused when these mistakes are ignored, justified and further deliberate wrongdoing escalates into deeper and deeper lies in an attempt to justify one’s own position and ‘standing’. That is when evil happens and where the line must be drawn.
May God bless Paulie, Coops and us all in this search for justice.
I’m loving how Mr Cooper is holding the Insolvency Service accountable with his Formal Notice. It shows the public too that they don’t have to take the tyranny of institutions and accept it and how Paul Waugh and Mr Cooper are pioneering a route to show the masses to stand up for themselves. I’ve been researching an academic who monitors the lower courts and his description is of a ruling factory with such little humanity. We can see the lack of humanity clearly with this situation.
We just see the corruption dripping from these people in IS. The reality is clear and is becoming clearer. There’s a misjustice happening here how the IS are doing whatever they can to get ‘their fall guy’. This is why Citizen Intervention is critically needed because who else is going to fight for the common man?
God bless Shaun and his family and may God speed Paul in his healing and recovery. This is great news and definitely feels like a monumental turning point in the pursuit of justice, as it says in the update. Steps like this are absolutely needed so that the leaders and people beneath them in public services and agencies are reminded of what and who they are there to serve and their moral and ethical duty to act fairly and righteously. We are speaking up for so many others in doing this. It’s time for people to come together and speak out. “Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31:8
Thank you for today’s update and for the effort from everyone involved in bringing this together. This marks another important step forward in holding the Insolvency Service and the officials involved accountable. Their continued avoidance of responsibility is being seriously challenged now, especially with the launch of the new PPS initiative under Citizen Intervention Global.
It’s encouraging to see this level of transparency and scrutiny developing. The insights shared about the Insolvency Service were powerful, and it feels like genuine reform and accountability are finally starting to take shape. The mention of incomperution in yesterday’s update was a strong reminder of how these patterns are being exposed and addressed.
God bless and help us all x x
This is deeply encouraging to read. I love it that Shaun is holding the head of the Insolvency Service to account through a formal notice. For far too long, we’ve allowed such organisations to continue their wrongdoings unchecked, feeling powerless and accepting their behaviour as the norm. Enough is enough. It’s time for us, as citizens, to stand together and intervene.
Mr Pybus and others in leadership carry the responsibility to ensure their organisations act in alignment with truth and justice. When that fails to happen, there must be consequences and personal accountability.
God bless Shaun, and all those enduring the tyranny and abuse of power from such institutions.
The thing that makes the everyday citizen outraged, resentful or just bitter, is the double-standards of hypocritical government agencies and departments. One thing I woke up this morning with was the question… are there any groups or organisations set up to campaign against the Insolvency Service? (In similar guises to organisations like Defund the BBC or Hacked Off). The answer (unsurprisingly) was a big fat ‘NO!’
So then the question becomes, why is it that no citizens have come together to even attempt to lobby and hold the Insolvency Service accountable to a higher standard of operating?
The answer then would fit under two broad categories (the extremes are presented below to set out the opposite ends of the spectrum)…
1 The Insolvency Service is an absolute paragon of virtue and righteousness. It operates with near-perfect levels of perfection as well as moral and ethical excellence. It has standards so high that its staff never ever make mistakes. They can’t actually apologise and take responsibility for anything because they never make mistakes in the first place. Their staff seem to have almost superhuman capabilities, the intellectual rigour of its investigators would put Oxford Dons to shame and they serve as a beacon of hope for humanity in a dark and chaotic world.
2 They are just plain evil, corrupt and/or completely incompetent. They never ever apologise or take responsibility for any mistakes or wrongdoing. They will use their intimate understanding of Insolvency law to weaponise the courts against anyone who even dares question them. They will even be prepared to lie and deceive in court. Wherever they can, they will seek to name and shame those who stand in opposition, even working in collusion with the mainstream media to maximise reputational damage. They will get a kick out of announcing director bans, bankruptcies and imprisonment of former sportstars who have found themselves in financial ruin because they had no one in their lives who taught them how to manage their financial wealth. They are so inept, that whole sub-industries (ie Insolvency Lawyers) will exist to profit from those who find themselves mistakenly investigated by the Insolvency Service.
Now, call me cynical (even brainwashed?!?) but I think the Insolvency Service is closer to the second category. Yet, despite this, people will consider the Insolvency Service to be acting in the public interest and serving the public good.
Personally I am blown away at how much time, money and effort has been invested in trying to destroy the work and people at Lighthouse. I am dismayed that there are staff that don’t even seem to understand what an asset is and some of the precedents they have set through how they’ve treated our case would mean that at least 90-95% of UK businesses should be shut down in the public interest.
Despite all this, there is a beacon of hope. I would like to publicly commend Insolvency Service employee, Helen Main. Recently she apologised for a delay in replying to an email I sent. She gave an explanation as to what happened, took responsibility for the error (which was completely understandable and not really her fault) and apologised profusely. I was almost in shock given my personal experience of the Insolvency Service over the past 3-4 years. I hope that the likes of Alec Pybus and Michael Bint can learn from her example. I also hope (and pray) they repent, because ultimately we all have one Judge, and they don’t sit in the Supreme Court of Justice.
So then, each of us will give an account of ourselves to God. – Romans 14:12
What the IS services have done, they need to be held accountable for. Shaun needs justice for what they have done to him and how this has contributed to his ill health. I can see how Citizen Intervention is critical, because many need justice for the pain and suffering they’ve endured. What Shaun is doing is going to be a landmark case. Once the letter he has sent out has been processed, he will be in a position to share it, which will provide guidance, which will allow others the opportunity to understand and know what needs to happen when they want to see justice, and understand what they need to do.
Thank you for the transparency regarding our steps to continually hold the line with these institutions that believe they are above the very standards they hold citizens to, mercilessly and ruthlessly. This whole situation ought to have never got to this stage but again and again we have seen institutions collude together, defend or minimise their sinister decisions and practices or hide like cowards, behind their perceived power and bureaucracy.
The disgraceful treatment of Shaun, has only ignited a unquenchable fire to ensure that Mr Pybus and every person responsible for this farce, not only are held individually responsible but do not forget that an educated and informed citizen, is a formidable foe to them and unfortunately for them, those citizens are growing in number. Their wrongdoing will be exposed and catalogued and justice will be sought until it is achieved. We have had enough and we pray that they make this right and actually live and demonstrate the standards and values they claim to stand on!
