We have a further riveting update for you with regards to the case of Lighthouse and the Insolvency Service—it is a real unfolding of the highest levels of incompetence and corruption: incompruption!!
None of what you are about to read in the following update is particularly new to us. The likes of Mr Bint are hell-bint on destroying us in order to hide their own incompruption, and a lot of the corruption arises from trying to cover up incompetence—hence the term. After all, back in 2023, Karen Baldock of the Insolvency Service contacted Paul Waugh directly on his personal email… asking him for his email address—an address that she was already emailing him on!! And asked him numerous times…! And then was incensed when he wouldn’t give it to her!! It truly is beyond belief the incompetence we have witnessed!
This is not a shock. This is not uncommon. Yet these are the people and the agencies that we, as citizens, are expected to put our trust in and heinously penalised if we don’t for very valid reasons. Citizens NEED these institutions. But not when they are filled with such incompetence, with the likes of Michael Bint, Karen Baldock, Gary Seymour, Dean Beale, Gareth Allen and others.
We’re also pleased to share an update on the previously delayed launch of the Open Letter to President Trump, as well as Paul’s most highly anticipated publication: the Open Letters to God series.

1. Court & Legal Update
Explanation: What’s happening with Lighthouse and those that oppose us to destroy us in terms of litigation both civil and criminal cases.
Today’s update:
In the case of Cooper vs the Official Receiver, a serious issue has now arisen concerning the official transcript of the July 2025 hearing before Judge Raquel Agnello KC. During this hearing, Deputy Official Receiver Michael Bint made several provably false statements which materially misled the court (more on this click here), and these errors are now compounded by irregularities in the official transcript itself.
The official transcription company has confirmed that the transcript was approved by Judge Agnello herself. Yet, the approved version inexplicably misspells the name of Deputy Official Receiver Michael Bint as “Mr Binn’s”. While on the surface this may appear minor, it is symbolically and procedurally significant given the serious misconduct attributed to this individual. Whether this error arose from genuine oversight or inadequate judicial review, both scenarios raise pressing concerns about the integrity of the court record and the diligence applied during approval.
If it was an innocent mistake, it highlights an alarming lack of attention to accuracy in judicial documentation. If it was not, it raises far deeper questions about transparency and impartiality within the system. Either way, this matter underscores the urgent need for public scrutiny and citizen-led oversight, an effort now being championed by Citizen Intervention Global, which is pressing for full accountability in matters of judicial record and integrity.
Compounding these concerns, Judge Agnello appeared to overlook prior written correspondence sent directly to her chambers and the Official Receiver confirming that Mr Cooper would not be attending the hearing. This was consistent with the record from the earlier hearing before Judge Prentis, where it was formally acknowledged that Mr Cooper’s non-attendance was due to medical incapacity and safeguarding risks. Despite this, Judge Agnello asked the Deputy Official Receiver during the July hearing whether there was any indication of Mr Cooper’s intention to attend, a question that should not have arisen if the record had been properly reviewed by both Judge Agnello and Mr Bint.
As part of this process, we will be submitting a formal request for clarification to Judge Agnello and to the relevant judicial oversight authorities, seeking answers on procedural compliance, transcript approval, and the safeguarding of due process. This correspondence will be made public in the interest of transparency and public confidence in the judiciary. In other words, in the public interest—a statement that the BBC love to justify their partiality with.
The public must not only see justice done but also see that it is done correctly, without deception, obfuscation or error. Misconduct and oversight cannot coexist with integrity.
Further updates and the full text of the formal letter to Judge Agnello along with the questions being asked for clarification will be published shortly.
2. Open Letter To Donald J Trump
Explanation: A daily brief and/or debrief on how our open letter is being received by all parties that are receiving it, including the public, as well as any progress in line with the aims and objectives of this initiative.

After careful recalibration of the launch of the Open Letter to President Trump, we are hopeful to be able (health permitting) to share this with you over the coming week. This would hopefully be in the lead up to Lighthouse’s 21st birthday on November 4th.
This will be our letter to the highest secular authority and influence in the West. And more importantly, this will be an accompaniment to the Open Letter to God—the highest divine, eternal and infinite authority.
Paul has been working on developing this letter, along with his open letter to President Trump for a very long time. It is with great care and anticipation that we bring you this update on his behalf as he continues to recover.
3. PPS – Private Prosecution Service UK ..By CIG/UK
Explanation: An entirely new initiative in the UK and most of the world. An initiative that will empower both governments and the citizen electorate in making sure that justice is served with those who think they are above it.

Explanation: The BBC are notorious for their ill-treatment of both staff and forced licence fee payers. Us citizens are on to them and the number of us is growing exponentially, and this (very partial) radical left-wing broadcasting cult fears for its future! Citizens will no longer have to pay to be lied to. We do not owe the BBC our hard-earned money. NO… They owe us! A well overdue initiative..

Paul sharing specific details of Incompcorruption in this daily update really demonstrates the root of so much institutional evil. I think back to Action Fraud and the Insolvency Service not investigating the lies of the predatory trolls at the start of this debacle and the pages and pages of letters we sent them explaining in detail the issues and how they just side stepped anything that requires them to acknowledge where they made a mistake and take responsibility.
What I find striking about this case is that the more questions that are asked and the more Lighthouse digs into this, the more the facts and the truth of incompruption are coming to light. It makes one question just how many cases there are out there of things like this where, because the defendants don’t dig and aren’t as resolute and persistent, go unnoticed and so these judges and agents aren’t held accountable as they ought to be. It feels like Lighthouse are pulling at a thread here where more and more is going to unravel because it won’t just be this case… wait for more people to hear of this and come forward about their experiences too. I pray for the judge and the Insolvency Service to burn in their consciences in order to make this right and pray for all those involved and affected by this!
It’s all get revealed!! The justice system is being revealed for its injustice. Wow, to lie like that in court. The main is so valid – citizen need to be watching over anything that governs them. So Citizen Intervention is critically needed for sure. God bless
Incredible update today, what was especially impactful was highlighting the ongoing issues with the Insolvency Service and judiciary in the UK. A reminder of how serious these “mistakes” can be when people’s livelihoods are at stake. Whether these errors are accidental or something else, they deserve real scrutiny, especially given what’s on the line.
It’s wonderful to see the upcoming launch of Paulie’s open letter to God series and the letter to President Donald Trump—such a significant and exciting moment for Paulie and for us all. I pray for Paulie’s health and strength in bringing these messages to completion, as they are so important for the body of Christ.
I really appreciate Paulie signing off with prayers for our families, especially given everything he has gone through. God bless him and us all.
Just reading about the incompetence, the incompruption, the snivelling servant efforts of the IS makes my blood boil!
I grew up believing in all these institutions and thought anything with the crown on it was working for me with my best interest at heart.
But the more I see and experience the actually workings of what goes on, the more I realise that anything government paid is actually full of people who couldn’t make it in the private sector. They ought o be people driven by a love for God, for King and Country, for making things better… But they are not.
They just want their ego massaged because ‘I work for the government’ and they think that makes them someone important. When actually, they are not adding anything to the old reputation of the government they are trying to trade on. And even that is questionable now.
I pray that with Citizen Intervention Global we can infinite a change that will restore judiciary and government back to where I always thought it was.
Reading the Daily Update and hearing about the incompetence of an organisation that we are supposed to trust to run this country. The two are supposed to work together; they are part of the same system—yet they operate separately. And they wonder why we have no faith in the government! The government says it cares about the people and wants to improve our way of life. Well, they should start with themselves—start by examining their own incompetence and rectifying it, rather than issuing warrants to someone who was clearly unable to attend a hearing due to illness.
I’m really appreciating how these small details about the incompetence and corruption are coming out in terms of the insolvency service, as with Karen Baldock and her unfathomable stupidity to ask Paul for his email address while emailing him amongst so many others. I think it’s a realisation again and again and again that we need to make, and I say we as citizens across the country and the world, where we go surely not, surely they’re not that stupid… surely they’re not that incompetent, surely they’re not that corrupt, surely they’re not that evil. And the answer increasingly is yes, yes, yes, yes!!
Thanks to God for Paul’s health recovering by each day. This Open Letter series is blessed and special work. Thank you God. I pray for Paul’s protection and safety by God’s grace. May His people unify in His Spirit to work and serve the vulnerable now, urgently.

As I began to write my comment, this powerful scripture came up on my phone. It was God’s perfect timing because of the message of integrity.
The lack of diligence, care and thoroughness demonstrated by the Insolvency Service, is so incredibly high, it is disturbing because we do not know what else we have not uncovered about them and their handling of citizens livelihoods!
Citizen Intervention Global is already welcomed by citizens and as we have continue to reveal and simultaneously hold the Insolvency Service and judiciary accountable to the standards THEY ought to be holding themselves to, we put our trust in God to bring us into greater unity and momentum…this will be like nothing that has been seen before. God help His enemies, please pray for them and for us all.
Whilst this ‘incompruption’ isn’t a surprise anymore, it is no less tragic and no less cruel either to witness or to experience.
The number of people who must feel the weight of bureaucracy and the pressure of these institutions who think that they can never ever win against them, no matter how wrong they may be – my goodness, to think of how many lives that has destroyed.
God help them and God help us all.
What stands out to me in this Daily Update is the clear tyranny and abuse of power by the Insolvency Service and other government organisations, revealing how deeply flawed and corrupt parts of our judicial system have become.
Too many innocent citizens are forced to suffer under their failures. We are all imperfect and make mistakes, but when those in authority present themselves as paragons of virtue, while not even managing to spell names correctly, as seen in Shaun Cooper’s legal case, it exposes how broken our systems and processes truly are. It is vital that we rebuild a strong and just foundation to prevent such abuse from continuing.
Yet another update that reveals the reality of the world that we’re living in today. The term incompruption is so apt, because we repeatedly see examples of mistakes that show such high levels of incompetence and/or blatant attempts to abuse roles and titles to parade as ‘angels of light’ whilst condemning anyone counter to their agenda. Quite often there are mistakes so embarrassingly bad that the tyranny comes from the excuses and coverup that ensures. This is childish… a sheer unwillingness to accept responsibility, apologise and make things right.
This is a tragic irony, causing great harm and damage to the public these individuals and institutions are set up to serve.
I and we have seen firsthand how toothless regulatory bodies are when it comes to holding media and government institutions accountable. Citizen Intervention Global is so needed, but it is a tragedy that it’s needed for the public to protect itself against these institutions that many trust explicitly and implicitly… yet we see how they lie, cheat and deceive those they’re supposed to be serving.
These open letters are such an important way forward to face the tyranny and chaos of today.
