Today, we have a continuation of yesterday’s update regarding the case of Lighthouse and the Insolvency service which you will not want to miss as the situation develops.
For those who have asked after Paul Waugh’s health, we are pleased to be able to share with you that he is recovering well. Paul has been tended to by excellent medical professionals whose efforts we are incredibly grateful for. He’s so thankful for all of your love and prayers.
He is also very keen to share more updates with you very soon and will do so as soon as his health permits.

1. Court & Legal Update
Explanation: What’s happening with Lighthouse and those that oppose us to destroy us in terms of litigation both civil and criminal cases.
Today’s update:
The legal confrontation between Lighthouse and the Insolvency Service is now entering a critical phase. While yesterday’s update outlined how an unlawful warrant of arrest was issued against Mr Shaun Cooper despite clear medical evidence and safeguarding warnings, today’s focus is on the institutional cover-up that followed.
In particular, Deputy Official Receiver Michael Bint’s false statements during the July 2025 hearing, and the Insolvency Service’s subsequent refusal to correct them, are now central to both the legal and public challenge underway. Their evasive claim that ‘all relevant material was before the court’ is, we strongly suspect, a position the Official Receiver will come to regret and one that will define his legacy. It is our sincere hope that this legacy will be one of redemption and making wrongs right.
The appeal and accountability process is well underway and will expose these lies through multiple lawful channels, including the Court of Appeal, regulatory oversight, and very crucially, the court of public opinion. This is not just about one warrant or one case; it’s about drawing a line against the weaponisation of process to silence or discredit individuals.

Additional legal developments related to this case will be shared later this week, including a formal letter to Alec Pybus, CEO of the Insolvency Service, holding him lawfully accountable to his duties and responsibilities as a public officer.

Explanation: The BBC are notorious for their ill-treatment of both staff and forced licence fee payers. Us citizens are on to them and the number of us is growing exponentially, and this (very partial) radical left-wing broadcasting cult fears for its future! Citizens will no longer have to pay to be lied to. We do not owe the BBC our hard-earned money. NO… They owe us! A well overdue initiative..

Why am I not surprised at this type of behaviour from the Insolvency Service. They’ve been doing this for years and getting away with it. Good luck. I hope you succeed in your case.
Thank you to Paulie and everyone involved in producing these Daily Updates to such a high standard. The clarity and conviction in explaining what’s unfolding with Shaun Cooper and the Insolvency Service, along with the attached article, is outstanding. The injustice revealed is staggering and powerfully reflects what Citizen Intervention Global stands for — truth, accountability, and justice. Those responsible will not be able to hide from what’s being brought into the light.
It’s also encouraging to hear that Paulie’s health is improving. It really feels as though things are reaching a decisive point. After years of preparation and refinement, what has been built quietly and faithfully is now emerging into clear view — a powerful testament to truth and courage in action.

Today’s update highlights just how incompetent some government agencies can be. I say that because of how the IS are treating Shaun Cooper—treating him like a criminal for not turning up to court, despite having a legitimate reason. Now questioning what Mr Bint has been sharing with the courts, what lies is he fabricating to get them to issue an arrest warrant?
Sharing this with the world helps people understand not only what is happening to Shaun, but also the kinds of problems the IS causes for others. Where is this happening, and where has this happened to someone else?

A very needed reality check — realising that these organisations, which are meant to be upstanding and there to protect us, are actually doing the opposite; in fact, they’re working against us.
The tyranny of the Insolvency Service continues to be exposed! The more I look into the modus operandi and track record of the Insolvency Service, the more I see human evil in action. By that I mean wicked acts performed in the name of good. The tragic irony is that if the Insolvency Service assessed and judged itself by the standards that it does for others, it would have to have wound itself up years ago!
Even Kids Company, a charity set up to help vulnerable children, was bullied into submission by the Insolvency Service:

This organisation promotes itself as holier than thou, but continues to operate in ways that are psychopathic, incompetent and corrupt based on personal experience and other public examples… that’s before we start to learn about other examples that are not public, but we are learning about as brave souls step forward.
God bless Shaun Cooper and all that he has been through at the hands of these people. Treating him like a criminal is barbaric, even if they had legitimate cause.
There should never be any case where a so called judge can make a decision without considering every bit of evidence before them. It is chilling to know despite the blatant incompetence of these public servants, not only has this warrant been issued inappropriately but there has been no responsibility taken for this complete shambles! Shame on them and we will not stop until justice is served here.
Too many people suffer because government organisations like the Insolvency Service put their own agendas before justice, at the expense of the very individuals whose lives they destroy. The abuse of power has reached levels I never imagined possible.
This must change. We need real accountability to end this kind of tyranny. God bless Shaun Cooper and all those enduring such ordeals at the hands of the Insolvency Service.
Thank you for the update and news on this case, which I’m sure many are following with keen interest. These revelations, where there is provable wrongdoing and injustice needs to be held accountable in order to ensure our public servants are not allowed to run amok on their own vindictive power trips. How many other people out there, past and present have gone through the mill and had their lives effectively destroyed by state departments like this and it’s inhuman processes and officers who act out such injustices. The pain, suffering and loss that they have inflicted in people’s lives because of their incompetence, corruption or both only God knows. One of the core principles of the justice system is meant to be innocent until proven guilty, something that, should be cherished and kept sacred for anyone to ever be accused and sought to be prosecuted, ought to trust they can rely heavily on this and expect the justice system to uphold it in their favour. But the Insolvency Service has boasted online that they generally win the majority of their cases! How is that when so many other government departments are not nearly as effective? What are they doing? Lighthouse has seen how much they play with the rules and manipulate the technicalities of the system and that’s obviously fed a sense of entitlement to getting the result THEY want, not caring about what the right and just result is in the pure and true interests of justice. Let’s pray that those who need to repent here do and that things are made right soon.
“All relevant material” it seems, is another term used by those in positions of power to dictate the information dispensed – or not – to the public and to authorities. This is very dangerous and much like terms like “public interest”, used against the interest and wellbeing of the public. Though it could have easily been avoided by the Insolvency Service, such accountability by name is clearly warranted. They lack basic human decency and respect for the UK citizen’s welfare. This is a vital stepping stone for the British and global public. May God guide and protect all who are involved in this action against the IS. And may He have mercy on those who are currently unrepentant, to know Him as their Lord and Saviour.
