Today, we have an update for you specifically on our ongoing case against the Insolvency Service. Certain details we are not yet able to share with you, but we are sure that you will find this update fascinating—it is just another example where citizens need to be empowered to intervene against bureaucratic tyranny and manipulation at the expense of the public!

1. Court & Legal Update
Explanation: What’s happening with Lighthouse and those that oppose us to destroy us in terms of litigation both civil and criminal cases.
Today’s update:
In the legal case of Lighthouse International Group, where the company was wound up on a provably absurdly minor technicality with zero criminality (https://insolvencyservicecorruption.com/#caseoflighthouse), the original accusations that triggered this case were never properly investigated or validated by the Insolvency Service—despite repeated and documented evidence demonstrating these allegations to be provably false. The Insolvency Service has refused to investigate, choosing instead to cover up its wrongdoing, evade responsibility, and weaponise process to conceal institutional misconduct.
As part of these cynical manipulations, one of Lighthouse International Group’s former directors, Mr Shaun Cooper, was issued an unlawful warrant of arrest after a judge ruled he had “no reasonable excuse” not to attend a public examination. This ruling was made despite NHS medical certificates and an independent medical report confirming his incapacity and the fact that the courts were notified prior that Mr Cooper had left the UK for safeguarding reasons after receiving death threats. A warrant was issued nonetheless, a decision that is blatantly unlawful, and the process to have it overturned and quashed is now underway.
In the ongoing case of Mr Cooper vs the Official Receiver (Insolvency Service), Mr Cooper is actively appealing the unlawful warrant of arrest and moving to hold Official Receiver, Joseph Sullivan, and Victoria Prime, and Deputy Official Receivers Michael Bint and Daniel Curthoys fully accountable for what are alleged to be deliberate lies made to the Court in July, and misconduct. These false statements misled Judge Raquel Agnello and were a major determining factor in the decision to uphold the warrant. This was not a misunderstanding or oversight, it was a calculated act that perverted the course of justice and violated Mr Cooper’s fundamental rights.
While full details cannot be disclosed at this stage due to the ongoing appeal, once the proceedings conclude, the provable and evidential lies of Mr Bint, the misconduct of the Official Receiver, and the tactics the Insolvency Service has used to cover up its wrongdoing will be made public.
In a formal complaint submitted to the Official Receiver at the Insolvency Service, Mr Cooper’s team gave the institution every opportunity to correct the record and take responsibility for its actions. Instead, their written response stated that “all relevant material was before the court”, a blatantly evasive and dishonest statement designed to deflect accountability rather than address the falsehoods on record. This once again exposes the institutional pattern of dodging responsibility and hiding behind process, which the Insolvency Service has become adept at manipulating through “tricknicalities”, a cynical blend of technicalities and tricks to protect itself while undermining justice.
Accountability will be pursued through every lawful avenue, including the Court of Appeal, regulatory and oversight bodies, and, if required, private prosecution of the individuals for criminality. No public officer will be permitted to lie to the Court and escape consequence. These gross wrongdoings (some criminal, some not, but all ought to be) will be the end of their careers and in the end will be their torrid legacy.. More updates on this case to come during the week.

Explanation: The BBC are notorious for their ill-treatment of both staff and forced licence fee payers. Us citizens are on to them and the number of us is growing exponentially, and this (very partial) radical left-wing broadcasting cult fears for its future! Citizens will no longer have to pay to be lied to. We do not owe the BBC our hard-earned money. NO… They owe us! A well overdue initiative..

Our case is monumental and pivotal regarding the very clear message to tyrants in power, they will no longer be able to abuse their positions and power with their fellow citizens. We are on to their sinister well-tested strategies to destroy the livelihoods of innocent people. This has been happening for many, many years and now they poked the wrong nest. The accountability we are pursuing through the various means available to us, is an extremely powerful example to our many fellow citizens who have been steamrolled by the “system” and are still trying to pick themselves up. We need to connect and work to stand up in Christ, unify in truth and make our stand impossible to ignore!
