In yesterday’s update, we provided a summary of our reports over the past week — a week that has proven pivotal in exposing systemic failures within the UK Insolvency Service and in reaffirming the moral foundations of our work. These reports have been vital in educating the public on the depth of institutional deceit we’ve uncovered, while also highlighting the courage and conviction required to confront it.
We have a very big announcement coming in the next few days relating to holding the Insolvency Service, its staff and ultimately the Secretary of State accountable through formal legal channels. We are constantly hearing about new cases of gross abuse through weaponisation of government agencies, while conspiring with mainstream media. No one is above reproach and consequence. We, the citizens, rise together..
Today, we continue with new developments that further illuminate this unfolding story and strengthen our call for truth, reform, and accountability. We would draw your attention to our section “1. Court and Legal Update” and “2. Open Letter to President Donald J Trump” for the latest updates.

Formal Demand for Correction of Record and Judicial Accountability: Two Blatant and Provable Lies
A new and highly significant development has taken place in the ongoing case of Cooper vs The Official Receiver. Following the public release of the Formal Notice to Insolvency Service CEO Alec Pybus earlier this week, a second and equally crucial letter has now been published, this time addressed directly to Judge Raquel Agnello, the presiding judge who upheld the unlawful warrant of arrest against Mr Shaun Cooper.

This public letter marks a turning point in the pursuit of judicial accountability. It sets out two provable lies that were presented before the court by Deputy Official Receiver Michael Bint, which materially misled Judge Agnello, and directly influenced her decision to uphold the warrant of arrest. These were not minor inaccuracies or procedural slips, they were deliberate falsehoods, made in full knowledge of the truth, and they corrupted the course of justice.
The letter calls on Judge Agnello to correct the record, not as an act of concession, but as a matter of judicial duty. It reminds her that every judge, officer, and citizen alike bears the responsibility to ensure that the law serves justice, not the other way round. The public, therefore, has both a right and an obligation to demand transparency when the judicial process is tainted by deliberate falsehoods and or omissions.
The publication of this letter signifies a new phase of transparency and citizen intervention. It is not a personal attack, its purpose, in the public interest, is to educate the public as well as an act of public accountability, rooted in evidence and guided by law. As stated in the letter itself, “What took place before you on 29 July 2025 was not merely a procedural error; it was a miscarriage of justice that has now become a matter of significant public concern.”
With the release of this letter, both the Insolvency Service and the judiciary are now formally on notice: the manipulation of process, concealment of evidence, and distortion of truth will no longer pass unchallenged.

Another truly remarkable daily update. There’s such a tangible sense of groundedness and deep love in what Paulie is sharing—through everyone helping to write and deliver these updates. It really feels like another milestone of growth and progress for Lighthouse, and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

Thank you Sarah. There seems to be many cases that reveal a culture of institutional evil. We have a responsibility to stand up to this tyranny… many people gave up because they felt powerless to do anything in response. The system is set up to grind people down and we’re confronting that with little to no resources. When the world hears about the modus operandi of the Insolvency Service, more will step forward and the Insolvency Service will be held accountable as well as a higher standard of operation.
Fantastic to get this letter to Judge Agnello out. Thank you to all who are involved in this work. I pray for your protection by God Almighty whatever forces try to come against you. These are not mere clerical errors, these are increasingly damning heinous mistakes, costing the safety and health of Shaun and I don’t doubt, many, many others, past and present in this country. At the very least, there is gross apathy here. At worst there is certainly ill will, favour and misplaced affection here. Is this judge more concerned with efficiency and schedules, or justice?
I hope and pray Judge Agnello does the right, honourable thing – and that she sets a precedent for other judges, and the Insolvency Service staff members and anyone else who needs to take responsibility. The way these letters are written is so rich. The substance, the clarity, the forthright righteousness, the case references, the pointed accountability, the mature and firm tone without being aggressive. It’s a study in and of itself. Thank you for the work you are pouring into these.
“This is the week”. Amen and God willing, thanks to God for his care of Paul and that he’s had the space to heal… an incredible way to move into Lighthouse’s 21st Birthday and beyond!
In a country where the establishment and its media speaks about and calls for compassion and care for people from other countries and parts of the world so often, like in Gaza and Ukraine, why don’t we see that being demonstrated by our own institutions in regards to the UK’s own citizens? If we lived in a country that was genuinely high in it’s levels of compassion, especially at the highest levels of society, then we would never be seeing the kind of systemic and failures and tyranny within the UK Insolvency Service and the utter lack of moral foundation that we have and are seeing with them. The letter to Judge Raquel Agnello is both an individual and a collective opportunity to take responsibility and act where it is right and necessary to do so. Pray that she, if no one else there, realises that and does what is morally and ethically and dutifully right for someone in her position to do.
Holding the judiciary accountable one judge at a time is the best way to send a message to all the judges that we will not be ignored, nor the public take what is happening to them lying down.
We hear of injustices all the time in one form or another, so having an organisation that can bring continuity to all these different occasions will underscore and show that reform and change for the better is needed now.
Plus the undeniable links to mass legacy media that is used as a weapon against the very population it is supposed to serve.
The abuse of process by the Insolvency Service causes immense pain in people’s lives, as seen in the case of Shaun Cooper. It’s encouraging to hear that a letter has been sent to Judge Agnello, urging her to take proper care in addressing the situation and to hold her accountable by thoroughly examining the truth and reality of the case. The law should never be self-serving. Its purpose is to uphold justice.
This marks the beginning of an important week, a time to stand up for justice and ensure that those in positions of responsibility are held to account. That is, without doubt, in the public’s best interest.

Thank you for this update on what is happening with holding, not just the insolvency Service accountable, but now the Judicial system. What this letter to Judge Agnello is showing is the extent of the neglect for due care and attention, now proving that the warrant for Shaun’s arrest was an injustice.
Thank you for sharing this because this is showing other people that, if there is an injustice, we can hold them accountable for their actions, even if they are in a position of authority, like the Judge.
Good work here, and I look forward to hearing what is happening next.
It’s a post like this that helps me to appreciate how evil and tyranny expose themselves in self-destructive ways. The Insolvency Service would never have found themselves in this incredibly compromising position had they taken the time and care to investigate the provably false claims made by their sources.
In a reply to a formal complaint we made a couple of years ago, Michael Bint was brazen in his statement that he and his team would not investigate their sources. As the pressure and public scrutiny intensifies, the Insolvency Service is showing how in denial it is of its incompetence, wrongdoing and lack of willingness to take responsibility and repent.
They are not dedicated to justice and the truth, they are only committed to protecting their backsides and will employ all tricknicalities and blatant skullduggery to avoid being held accountable for their heinous actions. This is the pathology of a bully and a child at that!
It’s time for some civil servants to grow up, be civil and actually serve the public rather than themselves.
Time is up for those who abuse their position and with a swipe of a pen or a lie here, have a significant impact on the life of another human being! Judge Agnello smiles so carefree in her photograph and it chills me knowing that she has probably caused grave damage to many others who have no idea how to hold her accountable. So we take them to task not just for us but for those who haven’t been able to speak up! We are with you too!
