Lighthouse Forward: Phase Three—Global Expansion

Good evening, brothers and sisters in Christ, and fellow citizens.

After 21 years of research, five years of relentless attacks, and decades of preparation, I am deeply relieved and profoundly grateful to announce a milestone that has been nearly a decade in the making: The Lighthouse and The Lighthouse Citizen newspapers are coming.

Lighthouse Forward: The 4Rs Framework

As we move into Phase Three of Lighthouse Forward—our global expansion—everything we do is guided by what we call the Lighthouse 4Rs:

1. The Right People — with the values, virtues, character, and competence required for each project
2. The Right Numbers — building teams with the capacity to achieve our aims
3. The Right Thing — executing our work with integrity and excellence
4. The Right Result — achieving outcomes that honour God and serve citizens

Whether we are launching Christian projects, Christian citizen initiatives, or secular citizen work, these 4Rs guide every decision we make. They ensure that we remain faithful to our calling while building something sustainable and effective.

Two Newspapers, One Mission

I am announcing today the launch of two monthly newspapers, each with its own purpose and audience:

The Lighthouse

A Christian Biblical Perspective on Truth, Justice & Accountability

The Lighthouse will deliver everything happening across our priority projects from a theochristological perspective. This newspaper will cover:

• Holding tyrannical institutions accountable
• Biblical frameworks for justice and truth
• Christian citizenship and responsibility
• Kingdom work in the secular sphere
• The integration of God, human, material, and financial resources in Kingdom building

The newspaper will be accompanied by a Christian lifestyle magazine, providing practical wisdom for living out our faith in these challenging times.

The Lighthouse Citizen

A Secular Perspective on Citizen Empowerment & Institutional Accountability

The Lighthouse Citizen will focus on trends, analysis, and accountability from a secular perspective, covering:

• Public and private sector developments
• Political arena impact on citizens
• Education and child welfare
• How policies affect families and communities
• Citizen journalism and grassroots accountability

This publication will also include a corresponding magazine focused on lifestyle, trends, and practical citizen action.

Both publications will feature research-based investigations, in-depth articles, and ongoing accountability projects where citizens—Christian and secular alike—work together to hold powerful institutions to account.

The BBC: A Case Study in Institutional Tyranny

Let me be direct using one example of why these publications are urgently needed. The BBC represents everything that is broken about modern institutional power.

The Fundamental Injustice: The BBC—a broadcaster, not a provider of essential services like food, shelter, or medical care—forces British citizens to pay for its services under threat of court action and imprisonment. This is not about bread and butter. This is about a state broadcaster demanding payment whether you want their service or not.

Think about that. A broadcaster—producing news and cooking shows—threatening citizens with legal action if they don’t fund its operations. In any other context, this would be recognised as extortion. But through decades of indoctrination and propaganda, millions have been convinced that the BBC is “the most trusted news source.”

Reputation vs. Reality: Every day, thousands—now tens of thousands—of people are waking up to the diabolical nature of this institution. The BBC claims to be impartial. In reality, it is the most partial, biased, left-wing organisation I have ever had the absolute displeasure to deal with. They claim to care about truth. In reality, they ruin every truth with falsehood—through insinuation, innuendo, contextual manipulation, selective imagery, and outright deception.

Personal Experience: The BBC has tried to destroy Lighthouse Global and our families. Not because we are doing wrong, but because we are helping people—because our worldview is conservative Christian, because we are empowering citizens to realise their God-given potential, and because that threatens the establishment’s agenda.

They attacked us instead of asking, “How can we help you improve? Can we provide expertise?” They had no interest in helping. They wanted us destroyed. Why? Because an accurately informed and empowered citizenry is the last thing tyrannical institutions want.

The Pattern: The BBC exposes itself by attacking people heinously. Rather than holding genuine wrongdoers accountable and helping people rebuild their lives, they destroy families and livelihoods forever. This is what tyrants do. A UK global behemoth—tyrannical and diabolical—and the last ones to realise it are the people who work there, because they’re too close to see it.

When you truly see it, you cannot unsee it. It’s a paradigm shift without a clutch.

The Need for Reform: The BBC needs to be held accountable—not just exposed, but reformed. That means one of two paths: either closing and rebuilding something the public actually wants and will voluntarily pay for, or reforming what exists so people choose to support it.

We are up against an enemy that receives billions in forced funding from the public—a broadcast tax extracted under threat. Lighthouse? We receive nothing by force. Every penny has been given voluntarily by people who believe in this work.

These newspapers will be part of that accountability. Not just for the BBC, but for every institution that has betrayed the trust of citizens globally.

Funding Model: Contribution-Based Access

Here is something radically different about our approach: We are not charging a fixed subscription rate.

Why? Because citizen journalism is expensive, yet truth cannot be rationed to only those who can afford it. Currently, we publish way less than 1% of what we have because we lack funding. That must change.

Our funding model:

• Contribution-based — Those who can contribute more will help fund those who cannot
• Sponsorship available — If you genuinely cannot afford anything, we will find sponsorship or sponsor you ourselves
• Your conscience guides — Give according to your situation, awareness, and desire to contribute to this work

We refuse to put a fixed price on truth. That would keep it from too many people. At the same time, we cannot sustain this work without funding. This model allows us to serve everyone while building something sustainable.

Unlike the BBC—which forces payment—Lighthouse asks for voluntary support from those who believe in this mission. Contributions will also fund related initiatives like Citizen Intervention Global, Christian Intervention Global and Atonement International, and many others which are helping people the establishment has tried to destroy.

The Work We’ve Been Called To Do

For 21 years, Lighthouse has conducted research into why human potential is so tragically unrealised. We have worked with over 70,000 people. We have helped individuals who came to us with university degrees but without basic sanitation and life skills—that is how profound the neglect has been in some families.

We have faced heinous attacks from controlling parents who viewed their children as property, who triggered investigations against us to keep their secrets hidden. We have been slandered by the media, attacked by government agencies, and relentlessly persecuted—all because we help people realise their God-given potential.

But here is what our enemies do not understand: God always provides the resources to fulfil His commandments.

When Christ commands us to love our neighbours, love our enemies, care for widows and orphans, He provides the knowledge, skill, action, and resources—theochristological, human, material, and financial—to carry out those commands. Always. In His time and by His grace.

Looking Forward

This has taken five years longer than anticipated because we have been fighting fires that had nothing to do with our stated aims. But everything I have ever said we will do, we do. If it takes 20 years, 40 years, 80 years, or 100 years—it will happen. Because the need is great. The truth is absolutely important.

Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. And the truth will set you free.

These newspapers—The Lighthouse and The Lighthouse Citizen—are coming soon. I will be releasing pre-launch promotional materials, dates, and subscription details shortly.

This little embattled group is starting something extraordinary. Against all odds—literally, no exaggeration, all odds—we are moving forward. Some of the biggest institutions, governments, agencies, and media behemoths have tried to destroy us.

They are getting the opposite result of what they intended. And by the grace of God, we love it.

Let Us Close in Prayer

Father, thank you for this session. Thank you for this opportunity, Father. I am so deeply, deeply from my heart grateful for you. Oh, you are just, as you would put it by your own analogy, the rock and my rock, certainly. And every day, Father, with your help and your spirit, I just feel, especially at the moment, the foundation is getting deeper and deeper and more and more sturdy.

My clarity of sight, making powerful, powerful distinctions in a social media directed, overwhelmingly so, life where people are connecting through media instead of each other, just being in a position to be able to bring illuminating brutal truths into a place where change can happen.

Father, we need to ultimately complete the body of Christ. And we need to optimise that body through knowledge, skill, and execution. And Lighthouse, Citizen Intervention Global, Atonement International, Christian Vigil International, all these organisations that have been started and starting, is what will through your guidance and your love, only by your guidance and your love and only by your Spirit will we be able to do this work. No one has done it before because quite simply maybe the time wasn’t right or the Spirit wasn’t there, whatever it is, I know that you want to bless the whole body to be able to do this work, not just us little group that started this, but the entire body of Christ and the citizenship where that needs to happen, because in that citizenship are vulnerable children, in that citizenship are vulnerable old people, and you have given us Christians, certainly, a commandment to love our neighbour, love our enemy, support widows and orphans. And widows and orphans come in a variety of different ways. Not just people without parents per se. I mean, I’ve seen many orphans with parents, but they’re worse off than orphans without parents by a long, long way.

So Father, we thank you for this and we pray for our enemies, we pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ, we pray for the widows and orphans, we pray that we will be able to never say no where you have commanded us to serve, that we never have to say no because there isn’t enough funding, or there isn’t enough money or there aren’t enough resources. But through your grace, when you say ‘help enemies’, when you say ‘love them’, you mean help them with love.

When it comes to the widows and orphans, there are thousands of different outgrowths of widows and orphans. And there are thousands of different outgrowths that are Christian citizens and the citizens that are in the KOD reeling under the foot of political incompetence and tyranny.

We ask and we thank you in advance and we know that this is what’s coming about. You’re not going to command us to do these things and not provide us with the knowledge, the skill, the action, and in short, the resources, theochristological, human, material, and financial to be able to carry out your commandments. It’s as simple as that. You always answer those prayers that are in line with your commandments. Always. In your time and in your grace. Father, with bowed head and bended knee, we repent and we thank you with gratitude in our hearts beyond words could ever mention.

And we ask all these things through your Glorious Son, King and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

These past few days have shown us again how spiritually sharp and necessary Paulie’s audios, articles, and insights are. His teaching on credibility versus reputation has landed deeply: credibility isn’t image or performance, but something formed before God through repentance, truth, humility, and correction. Many of us are seeing pride, fear, indoctrination, and patterns that need repentance. We feel the weight and privilege of being shaped into something more credible, mature, and spiritually grounded.

We’re also sensing a call back to deeper prayer and Scripture—remembering verses like 1 Thessalonians 5, which remind us to pray continually and give thanks in all things as God forms Christ in us.

Above all, we’re grateful: for the honesty within the group, for the correction God is giving, and for the hope we see in truth being spoken and the Body being strengthened. God bless Paulie, and God bless each of us as we keep walking this out with sincerity and courage.
