1. Today’s Update

Good day everyone,
Today I want to speak to something very simple, very practical, and very serious: breaking through the noise of the establishment by bringing short, daily, truthful education to fellow citizens.
I. Little And Often: A Daily Educational Series
For years at Lighthouse I have tried to have 10–15 minutes each day with at least one partner, associate, or member of our research pool – as I did this morning with Sukh and Chris. Due to health considerations days and even weeks can go by where that does not happen. But I am pressing to make this a daily rhythm as much as possible:
Short, real, daily clips that feed minds and strengthen souls.
So we are moving towards a daily educational video series. Short, focused clips where we:
- Take one piece of “wisdom” from the endless ocean of online content.
- Show you why you should have learned this by 5, by 10, or at least before leaving school.
- Expose how and why you didn’t learn it – because of the establishment and its control of culture, home life, schooling, and the social fabric.
The internet is flooded with “insightful” clips and mini-programmes. Many of them make good points. But much of what passes for “breakthrough wisdom” online is actually basic life and character education that should have been learned in childhood.
Ten-to-one, if you really listen, you will find the heart of it in Scripture. It has been there for thousands of years. Humanity quotes the verses, but does not know how to live them. The gap is not in information but in formation – in knowledge, skill, and action aligned with value and with God.
The establishment tolerated Lighthouse talking about this in books, articles, talks, and seminars for decades. No problem. As long as it stayed as content that distracted rather than community and process that empowered.
The trouble started when we said:
“Let’s get together, follow through, apply this, and then scale it globally.”
That is when Lighthouse went from “interesting” to a “group of concern.” That is when focusing on the inside–in work of human development, and then systemising that outside–out, became a threat.
II. “Why Didn’t We Get This At Home/School?”
As shared in my most recent article Why Don’t We Learn This As Children? One of the most common cries from those we work with here at Lighthouse is:
“Why didn’t we get this at home?”
“Why didn’t we get this at school?”
The answer is uncomfortable:
- Your parents could not give you what they never received.
- Schools do not teach these fundamentals because they are not on the indoctrination syllabus.
- The higher you go up the ladder of the establishment – Ofsted, Ivy League, accredited bodies etc – the more you see that this omission is not an accident.
At the very least, this is crowd control. As Tim Davie, Ex Director-General of the BBC, let slip, they are waging a “cognitive war” that they claim they must win against their enemies. That is not the language of impartiality. That is the language of establishment control.
The best way to control people is by shaping what they know, how they think, and what they never learn in the first place, as well as what they do.
Just stop for a moment and reflect on how you were moulded through your upbringing both at home and at school. Who did they make you to be? What do you think because you were made to think that way? How does the establishment media reinforce what you think? Is it really you thinking or just their voice programmed in your head? How would you know? Have you ever truly questioned it?
III. Leaves And Roots: How Attacks On Lighthouse Exposed The Establishment
Henry David Thoreau said:
“For every thousand men/women hacking at the leaves of evil, there is one striking at the root.”
The media attacks on Lighthouse – from Tom Kelly at the Daily Mail, to Catrin Nye and the BBC’s “A Very British Cult” narrative, to Michael Bint at the Insolvency Service – were meant to destroy our credibility and work. Yet by following the evidence carefully, step by step, they have done something else:
- They have unwittingly led us back to their own overlords.
- They have exposed the establishment that hides in the dark behind the rhetoric and stories.
- They have revealed a pattern of organised chaos – in politics, media, and culture – designed to destabilise citizens while concentrating power and value in a tiny group.
This is not “the British people” or any particular nation doing this. It is the establishment using nations, working classes, and institutions as instruments. The ravaging of Africa and India and its people by the ‘British Establishment Empirates’ is just one example of the ravenous establishment stripping people and countries of their value while indoctrinating them to think that it is being done for their own good.
By attacking Lighthouse, they have shone a torch down very dark avenues. At the bottom, every time, is the same establishment – and behind that, the satanic. That is the spiritual root. The establishment problem is, at bottom, a spiritual problem.
IV. Breaking Through The Noise: Educating Citizens About The Establishment
Most people are lost in the noise:
- Lost in headlines, documentaries, and “neutral” news.
- Lost in social media outrage or flag-waving in the streets.
- Lost in entertainment that quietly weaves ideologies – whether woke, atheist, or otherwise – into the cultural fabric.
We pay for the very platforms that indoctrinate us. We fund them through newspapers, licence fees, subscriptions, ticket sales, advertising revenue and attention. And all the while, the real agenda shows most clearly in what they never say and never do.
What are we doing in response?
- We are working to educate citizens about the establishment problem.
- We are speaking to Christians and non-Christians alike about how this system operates.
- We are training people not to be carried away by rhetoric, but to discern the meaning beneath the message: “Is this person doing a fine job for their overlords?”
The establishment is now reeling at the growing noise of awareness. From the likes of Tim Davie, Catrin Nye, Tom Kelly, and Michael Bint upwards, the overlords they answer to are being exposed. The truth is starting to spread. And by God’s grace, it will continue to do so.
V. Our Stance: Praying For Our Enemies, Not Destroying Them
We are not out for revenge. We are not wishing destruction on the establishment or those who work for it. In Christ, our stance is different:
We pray for our enemies.
We desire God’s kingdom and a relationship with God for them.
We want them to repent and to be saved, not simply to be “taken down.”
Many are drawn into establishment work by social climbing – thinking proximity to power makes them important, special, and safe. It is a delusion, but a very human one. We pray for them too.
At the foot of the cross, our own need is no less serious. We bow our heads and our knees before the God who suffered and sacrificed for us. We repent of our own sin, selfishness, and cowardice. We value the atonement He has made possible through His Son, Jesus Christ.
VI. A Call To You Today
So what does breaking through the noise look like today, for you?
- Wake up to the establishment problem.
Start to ask: who benefits from my ignorance, fear, and distraction? What do they never teach me? What do they never talk about? - Invest in your development – properly.
Not as a shelf of “ornament” books, but through accountable community, follow-through, and action in line with value and with God’s truth. - Pay attention to the root, not just the leaves.
Do not get lost in the surface stories. Ask: where does this trail of decisions, lies, and omissions lead? What root is being protected? - Pray for discernment and for your enemies.
Ask God to show you what you are really looking at – and to give you love, courage, and clarity, not hatred.

3. Today’s Daily Two-Tier Injustice Example
MP Rupert Lowe States Vast Unfairness of Social Media Sentencing
This section is a warning to every UK citizen about how fragile your freedom now is.
Rupert Lowe MP (formerly of the Reform party, now having established “Restore Britain”) exposes what he describes as a deeply dangerous reality: the British state is increasingly more willing to imprison people for speech than for serious violent crimes. What counts as “offensive” is no longer stable, objective, or predictable. A comment that passes one month can become a criminal offence the next, depending on who is looking at it and what agenda they are serving.
He stated in December 2025:
“the British state is now more willing to imprison somebody for a social media post than for a rape. A post that is deemed sharp criticism one month somehow becomes grossly offensive the next. It is arbitrary. It is inconsistent. And it is fundamentally incompatible with a healthy democracy.”
He highlights the stark injustice of Lucy Connolly, who received 31 months in prison for a social media post (which she deleted within minutes and apologised for), while a separate post openly calling for Mr Lowe’s death—seen by millions—has resulted in no arrest at all. This is not about protecting people from harm; it is about selective enforcement driven by an establishment agenda.
The warning is clear: the law is not applied evenly or safely. When punishment depends on subjective interpretation rather than consistent standards, anyone can be targeted. You no longer need to commit violence, threaten someone, or cause real harm to lose your liberty—a single post, judged through a skewed political lens, is enough.
This should alarm you, regardless of your politics. Not to censor yourself and stay silent, but to educate and protect yourself from these nefarious tactics.
If the state can redefine “offensive” at will, silence dissent, ignore real threats, and jail the complainant while sparing others, then the rule of law has been replaced by discretion and illegitimate power. That is how democracies rot from the inside. Do not be deceived, we do not live in a democracy.
4. Lighthouse Associates Consensus Feedback
The following feedback was shared with me by our associates at Lighthouse in response to yesterday’s daily update.
The article, Why Didn’t We Learn This as Children?, has been received as both a gift and a wound—a gift because it tells the truth we have felt but have not been able to articulate for years, and a wound because that truth forces us to stop pretending our upbringings were healthy and functional. Across our different experiences, temperaments, and seasons of faith, we recognise the same core reality: much of what we are now trying to learn in adulthood should have been formed in us as children, and the absence of what we needed to learn about ourselves was not accidental.
We converge strongly on the conviction that the home was meant to be the first and primary place of human formation, and that schooling was never designed to substitute for parenting in the home. Many of us carry personal memories of parents outsourcing responsibility—treating schools, teachers, or institutions as substitutes for developing a foundation in truth, good character, and moral grounding. We acknowledge that most parents were themselves failed and unformed, yet we also feel the discomforting clarity that this does not absolve responsibility. The intergenerational cycle persists precisely because truth is avoided and repentance is replaced with denial or defensiveness.
At the same time, we each feel this truth differently. Some of us feel grief more sharply—mourning what we did not receive and the years lost to confusion and adopting coping mechanisms. Others feel anger and moral outrage at the systems and institutions that profit from immature and underdeveloped human beings whilst presenting themselves as benevolent. Others still feel conviction turned inward, recognising old wiring, pride, delusions of superiority, or avoidance in ourselves that must die if anything new is to be built. These are not contradictions; they are facets of the same awakening.
We are seeing that education, as it currently operates, is not neutral. It produces conformity, dependency, and ideological management rather than fully formed human beings. We resonate deeply with the claim that we were not raised so much as manufactured or farmed, and that humanity has almost completely lost sight of what a well-developed human being is meant to become. We recognise the tragedy that most people—experts included—cannot clearly articulate the aim, foundation, or structure of true formation, because the system itself has fragmented and obscured it.
Spiritually, we are aligned in believing that none of this can be faced, carried, or undone apart from Christ. We speak with different emphases—some on repentance, some on grieving, some on regeneration, some on courage—but we agree that Christ alone can reopen what was lost, heal what was withheld, and give us the strength to stop passing this damage on. Many of us feel this moment as a threshold: the old self, shaped by the establishment, cannot cross into where we need to go.
Finally, we share a deep gratitude for the courage it takes to speak these truths publicly. We recognise the cost of truth-telling in a system that depends and thrives on silence and denial, and we see why those who expose these foundations attract hostility. What unites us is not just agreement with the diagnosis, but a growing resolve: to tell the truth, to accept what was missing without normalising it, to repent where needed, and to take responsibility so that the next generation does not have to wake up at later in life, searching for what they ought to have received before the age of ten.
Through these realisations, we are humbled and feel the weight of accountability. And despite the weight of it all, we sense something life-giving emerging: a deeper compassion, a clearer moral vision, and a renewed commitment to build, in Christ, what was never built for us.
Thank you Paul, and for all involved in bringing this update together. It’s making me feel sick to my stomach knowing that for years, instead of being neutered and helped to grow, we were manipulated, indoctrinated, infantilised and institutionalised all in the name of feeding the establishment.
Spending thousands upon thousands of hours in a classroom, learning nothing of vital importance. I feel sick because I know it is still happening.
Schools and children’s programs are teaching our children that it is okay to want to be what you are not. Boys to want to be girls and vice verse. Children are, as I was, lost in what they watch and believe it to be true..
I’m grateful to these updates, helping our brothers and sisters to feel and take in what Paul is sharing and see the truth for themselves.

Thank you for this deeply powerful and profound audio and update, Paulie, and to all who helped bring this together. These are such deep truths you’re expressing, and I can feel them far more than I’m able to fully articulate them.
What you shared about the Establishment and their deceitful, deceptive ways—how so many have been duped—really struck me. It’s exactly what we, and I, and the body do not want to be part of: whirling down the plughole, as you shared so clearly in today’s daily prayer.
We carry a huge responsibility to help those who are more in the dark—or even less in the dark—and that begins simply by coming together as community, as has been shared here. A community committed to one another, to ourselves, and ultimately to Christ, in our growth and development toward the Kingdom.
And I know that this can only happen by His grace, His mercy, His decree, and His will—and I pray for that deeply and earnestly.

Thank you Paul – I could see what you are saying in action. Lighthouse was tolerated when it stayed theoretical, attacked when it became practical and communal and it really clarified so much about why moving from “content that distracts” to “process that empowers” makes this work so threatening to the establishment.
You mentioned organised chaos, and I see that clearly. I notice it strongly in the court system. Through underfunding and a system weighed down by political correctness and incompetence, you end up with a situation where inefficiency becomes the norm, and that hides intentional action, tyranny. It looks like the government is incompetent, but no, they are not, they play that game. The public accepts it and assumes miscarriages of justice are simply the result of incompetence, and they do not look more deeply. I agree massively that people are lost in the noise. My brother claimed President Trump was racist, and it was pure propaganda coming out of his mouth.
What a call to action. We have got to wake up. The facade is just that, and we must be brave enough to see things for what they are. Do not be distracted. Boom. This is brilliant work.Those 4 steps need to be followed!! Thank you!
Thank you for these critical reality checks…I know have been conditioned not to ask why about so much including why I am not living an optimal and maximal life right now after years of education and life experience.
I am also noting that these bodies of work are not aimless content and noisy distractions but informative and action focussed. The establishment absolutely despise our proactivity and clarity…they cannot control us…they have no idea what profundities Paul will reveal next…it must be torturous for them.

Brilliant and stunning update again. In line with his previous update about the education system and how we haven’t been educated and how we haven’t been brought up and how we’re having to look on YouTube for nuggets of wisdom, it’s a massive problem in line with the problem problem. The P3 paradigm is not just about looking at problems, it’s about being willing to look at the root and get to the root inside my soul and outside my soul. It’s massive for me.
The second thing is Paul’s update about being able to make video commentaries on what other people are saying. I absolutely love it. I love the fact that he’s going to be reframing and readdressing so much commentary and just pointing to the establishment and pointing to God’s Word, pointing to God through all of it. Again he is going to take so much noise that’s playing with the leaves of evil and he’s going root, root, root, and I can imagine even some of the people who are playing with the leaves will not like what Paul is saying is because they are actually scared of facing the root, or they are actually part of the problem, or they are a plant and they don’t want to look at the root and they’re ordered not to look at the root… this will be opening the eyes and opening an opportunity for people to see there is a big dirty dark satanic root behind all of these problems. That there is a massive strong eternal unbreakable light root behind all of these solutions and that is through God in Jesus Christ. Praise God. God bless and protect you Paul.
Rupert Lowe! God bless him fighting in a sea of corrupt politicians! From the rape gangs to now exposing the CLEAR two tier reality in the judicial system / police. Despite the attorney general claiming there’s no such thing – a seeming mouthpiece for the establishment again.
Yet another significant update that continues to expose the establishment as well as to provide guidance on moving forward. Again I appreciate how Paul is hitting home the point that no one is calling out the real problem to be solved, the problem of our lack of upbringing which is caused by establishment control.
The point around the cognitive war is such a slam dunk. It’s an exposure of how the BBC serves the purpose of indoctrinating whilst claiming to be impartial. I look at the more recent BBC articles on Lighthouse and how they will be extremely selective in what they publish and what they don’t. For instance it was very inconvenient for them to even mention David vs Goliath, the site or the showdown. If they were truly impartial, then surely they would’ve reported how the BBC refused to do a live, real-time interview with Paul Waugh and also ignored our invitation to do so online if it really wasn’t possible to do on the BBC.
Increasingly I’m seeing that if it weren’t for these attacks on us, I would’ve been none the wiser when it comes to the establishment. I would’ve considered the whole idea of malevolent forces seeking to control the masses through government, media and education institutions as a ‘conspiracy theory’ dreamt up by weed-smoking layabouts. Now I see it increasingly clearly because of how individuals like Tom Kelly, Catrin Nye and Michael Bint have tried to present a distortion of reality and truth that is being weaponised against us as those who dare to challenge the establishment agenda.
The fact that Mike Cowan, as a BBC journalist, was trawling Reddit to look for leads about ‘groups of concern’ just shows what’s really going on. Meanwhile there’s not been the same level of research and reporting into the rape gangs that had been called out by Tommy Robinson years ago. If they were committed to impartiality and the interests of the British people, then this would surely be worthy of an investigation? Again the true motives are revealed through what’s reported and what’s not.
Another great update Paul, thank you and I really look forward to this educational material and videos, whatever that ends up looking like. There’s so much wisdom out there that people either don’t realise is actually from the Bible or that they are impressed by but then don’t apply. That needs to change. God bless you
Thank you for another great update. A huge thing that really stands out for me is that we can work out what the Establishment’s agenda by what they DON’T say and do way more than what they do say and do. This is something that not nearly enough of people out there commenting on the social political and human landscape in today’s world is doing, if anyone is. Nowhere else do I come across and hear such profound distinctions and clarity on what’s happening at the root than I do here. Paul is right, almost everyone is too lost in the stories, the situations and circumstances of things that are happening, this ideological debate and that, this crisis and that, this thing this person said and that, it’s all getting lost in the leaves – what is at the root, the cause, what is tying it all together? What I love about what is being revealed and discussed here is what happens when you follow the strings back to their source and look for who and what is pulling on them! Who are the puppet masters and who are their puppets!?
The more we start asking those questions; what are they not telling us and what are they not doing that they ought to? What don’t they want us to know? What would someone or an institution that truly cares for the best of the people and genuinely wants them to flourish and prosper be doing and focusing on if that was the case and why aren’t they? The more we will get the answers we need and start to see what we were missing all this time. So many questions come once we know where to go and what to be scrutinising to take us beneath the surface noise and down to what is causing it all and why. Really looking forward to Paul’s video clips and insights and for people to really get to know him better and start to see things with new eyes through that. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it, it just gets less and less cloudy and vague and more horrifyingly clear what’s going on in plain sight.
God bless Rupert Lowe and his stand for Lucy Connolly and basic common sense. It’s not just that there is Two Tier policing and justice in the UK, it’s that it’s so selective as well. Selective against particular opponents and voices and opinions. Most often selective against truth and moral decency, which in today’s world, often means against the state itself. People need to speak up and use the platforms they have right now to protect free speech, truth and justice itself before they are gone due to their silence.
Another powerful and important update that exposes the current education system and the role the establishment plays within it. It raises the question: why don’t we receive, in our upbringing or at school, the very wisdom that is being clicked billions of times on YouTube in the form of self-help and personal development content?
There is a real need to build a strong foundation in our lives. I’m still fascinated by how much wisdom and knowledge is written in the Bible, real, practical guidance for everyday life that I didn’t even realise was available.
Without developing our understanding of truth and reality, and without helping one another to follow through on our goals and connect with our true potential, we stay in a very limited place, easily controlled by the establishment.

To make any lasting change it is not the one big push that counts, but the daily habits that build up.
