Is the BBC Verify initiative truly something for the public interest, or against it?
David Keighley is a former BBC producer and executive. He knows how the BBC works from the inside. He knows the pathology, the mentality and the intentions of the UK’s largest broadcaster.
Here are his thoughts on BBC Verify:
As we shared recently, the BBC have removed one of its own “BBC Verify” blogs.
Not only is BBC Verify a tool for controlling our freedom of speech, but the initiative is born from a diabolical organisation.
The demise and downfall of BBC Verify and the BBC itself is inevitable; nothing that has been built on lies, deception, corruption, abuse and manipulation can ever be sustainable. Especially with the devastating track record it has.

What makes BBC Verify even more sinister is not just that it’s trying to control speech, but it’s doing so in the name of protecting citizens. It’s only a few more steps to a full on Orwellian state of total control, and that’s exactly what the top tier Establishment want. Thank God for God, for His Spirit and for the work being done here at Lighthouse Global, as well as the fledgling efforts around the world. This gives even more urgent need for the likes of Citizen BBC Verify, Citizen Intervention, and building the global reach needed to take on and expose the BBC for who they really are.
Thank you for this update. It’s so important to expose the wrongdoings of the BBC and also of BBC Verify and to bring justice to all those who have been abused by the BBC. The actions of the establishment and their desire to control people has been going on for too long and it’s great that ex BBC producers like David Keighley step forward to stop the BBC from continuing to act in their evil ways.
What BBC Verify is doing is sinister because the BBC itself is an incredibly dark and sinister organisation. As Lighthouse is consistently revealing and exposing more and more along with many others. They are masters of gaslighting the public and propaganda and they know that until the public say “we want no more of this” in enough numbers, they will keep doing what they are, against the public interest. God bless David Keighley and those like him, such as Robin Aitken, who speak out about who and what the BBC are from having been on the inside. What’s disturbing is how many who are on the inside who don’t.
Wow – there we are, in public from a former BBC insider on the record. I have heard this from ex-BBC employees who have not wanted to put their faces on the record because of fear of reprisals!
Another deeply revealing exposure of the BBC—thank you for highlighting this. It further underscores the need for the BBC class action we have initiated.
Human evil means doing something wicked in the name of good. I see that very much in the case of the BBC. They claim to be acting in the ‘public interest’ when they’re only actually acting in their own interests. This is why Citizen BBC Verify is so needed to hold the BBC accountable to their evil efforts to indoctrinate and suppress the British public.
That’s revealing!!! Someone from within the ranks, showing us what the BBC is about. In the name of good, they do evil deeds. Hopefully the public get to know the true face of the BBC sooner rather than later, as they must go, too much darkness coming from that organisation.
BBC Verify being shelved is such a huge comedown for the BBC, what a slice of humble pie. If it had been truly valued, truly worthwhile it could have been huge has a brand. But it just goes to show that they have no integrity or credibility and that people are sick of them pretending they do.
Sinister is absolutely the right word to describe BBC Verify and the whole organisation behind it.
They are saying that they are there to serve the public and do social good, but actually the plan is to control the publics perception and freedom of speech.
The BBC needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt from the inside out.
The more that is revealed about the BBC, the more that I can see how BBC Verify is just another way for the BBC to inflate itself as the bastion of looking after the public interest. When in reality, all they are doing is looking after their own interest. I am grateful that you have created Citizen BBC Verify, so that you can and will share the truth, not like the BBC, who share fake news and truth that has been manipulated to suit their malicious purpose…Thank you Paul, Chris and Shaun…
A former BBC producer and executive has publicly said what many people still within the organisation probably feel but can’t share because of the BBC’s cult environment.
If the BBC had spent their time verifying the information they share with the public, they would have not have had to close down one of their blogs…they have so much to investigate!
