Good day everyone,
We are reporting some very important news regarding the court case of our Lighthouse Associate brothers in Christ, Kris Deichler, Jatinder Kamra, Sukh Singh.
The three men were alleged to have committed harassment without violence on BBC journalist Catrin Nye in 2024. After the magistrate’s court case in 2025, the three men were found guilty by District Judge Susan Holdham. They immediately appealed, as they have always maintained they are innocent.
Today, it was announced by Judge Sarah-Jane Griffiths, that the new trial will provisionally be held on 7th September for two weeks at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
This will be a complete re-hearing, where the claimant, Catrin Nye, her partner and second witness Jamie Bartlett will take the stand in court. The three defendants will give their evidence to the court. In addition, the defendants have called a number of witnesses to the court, including Paul S. Waugh and several other Lighthouse Associates, health permitting.
The BBC chose to report on the verdict and sentencing of this case earlier this year. They did not mention in their reporting of the sentencing, that the three defendants had sought an appeal. We believe they will, again, choose not to report on the news of the appeal date which would be a case, once again, of non-impartial reporting. Why would the BBC report on a conviction yet not an appeal of the same case regarding one of their journalists?
This appeal represents much more than a single case. It comes at a time when the UK government are seeking ways to remove the current automatic right to appeal for defendants.
This is in addition to the government’s attempts to remove jury trials for certain cases. This would replace public judgment with decisions made increasingly behind closed doors. All in the name of “efficiency.”
And the public’s role in justice? Gradually removed.
This isn’t just legal reform—it’s a shift in power.

I’m very grateful we have the automatic right to appeal. That ought not be removed in the name of efficiency. People need to be able to have every right to put the very best case forward and have all the facts and evidence heard.
Surprise surprise, there’s no mention of the appeal or today’s appeal hearing from the BBC or anyone from the mainstream media. Given the proposed changes to the court system, this is a topical, relevant and important situation to be reported on.
The British public is largely ignorant of the workings of the judicial system… surely if the Establishment truly had the public’s interests at heart, then the education system and the mainstream media would do what they could to ensure they knew how the system works. The natural consequence would mean knowing what the latest wave of proposed changes would mean for the everyday man, woman or child on the street.
Increasingly it sickens me when it’s even implied that these establishment institutions care about citizens because they clearly and evidentially don’t! Yet another reason why Citizen Intervention Global is needed.
God bless our brothers in Christ. Everyone ought to have the right to appeal a verdict if they know they are innocent. To remove this right will send countless of innocent people to jail and them having a criminal record. This is more evidence of how the establishment wants control.

God bless our brothers in Christ. The punishment truly has been the process, and I’m grateful they have been granted another opportunity to present the mountains of evidence they hold. This is a two-tier system, now revealed in the clearest light, and we are seeing it more with every step of this process. May God bless and be with us all. Amen x x
Our legal system itself now needs protection from the establishment.

God bless you brothers in Christ, we are praying for our legal system in this country. We were already in grave danger as it is under this Establishment and now they are trying to remove juries…wow! God bless us all and may justice have all it needs to be fulfilled for our brothers who are standing in and for truth.
The courts exist to ensure that justice is upheld in society. However, when under the banner of progress and efficiency fundamental pillars of justice are questioned or even removed, we must ask: what is driving these changes, and who stands to benefit?

It is horrific that the establishment is loving to remove the automatic right to rehearing. It’s a crucial part of our justice system. Praying for all involved 🙏
We’re fortunate that these newly proposed measures have not yet been brought in and I fear very much for the British people and the state of our country going forward if they do. We as Citizens need to ensure the justice system in this country is exactly that, at the highest possible standard, not a ruling system. We have and are learning a great deal about the system as it stands and I’m very grateful for our legal team and all the support we have had and are getting at Lighthouse and beyond to clear our names.
Brilliant news on the appeal, and complete retrial at that. Truth will have its day. Yer, I’m not surprised the BBC won’t be commenting on this, it’s not what they want at all. I did smile when I heard Catrin Nye give a sigh of relief believing this is over…it ain’t.
