1. Today’s Update – The First Scam: How Scamtology Scammed You
Good day everyone,
Do you remember the first time you were scammed? It might have been a suspicious phone call, perhaps being cheated on, or realising a long-trusted news anchor was feeding you fake news.
Whatever time you may recall, what if we were to tell you that, that was not the first time you were scammed? That in fact, the very first scam on you, happened far earlier, back when you were a child.
As we’ve explained previously in our first article on Scamtology, being scammed out of money is the lowest form of scamming.
The first mark of any scam is at the very core of all life and value… it is the deep scam of truth.
You see, no scam can ever take place, unless you are first scammed out of the whole truth and reality of that situation. It is THE prerequisite to every other form of scamming. The Scamtologists know this very well, and have been honing their craft for centuries, in the dark art of deep scamming.
The ultimate truth is God Himself, and this has been the focal point of all Scamtologists. Get us while we are young. Scam us to believe that God isn’t real. Scam us to think that all religions are the same. Scam us to believe that the devil is not real. Scam us to think that truth is subjective, or that postmodernism is a valid school of thought. Scam us to believe that the theory of evolution isn’t theory, it’s scientific fact (which it is provably not).
So how exactly does the religion of Scamtology deep-scam you out of the truth?
With the truth.
….. If you feel the need to re-read that, it’s not a typo. Scammers ALWAYS use the truth, to scam you out of the whole truth. They give you just enough truth to believe them, to trust them, to feel safe with them, to feel reassured, but deprive you of the whole truth, so you don’t see the scam. If they tried to scam you wholesale with all-out lies, who would believe them?! That’s why the mainstream media, so-called “science” and other Scamtologists are so-versed in scamming you. They have become master craftworkers at manipulating the truth so that you never question them or what they say. This is why this is not just any scamming, but deep scamming pervasively at the most fundamental areas of our lives.
So what did Jesus mean when He said “you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” (John 8:32)?
The whole truth. Not some of it, not most of it, not 99.9% of it where there’s room for that one lie, that one falsehood, that one grey area… no. He wants us to know the facts, know the reality, and break free through His Spirit and Grace to truly be liberated. This work of discerning truth, understanding the tactics of Scamtology is critical. This is not a nice-to-have.

You’re told the UK tax system is fair. You’re told you keep around 78p of every £1 you earn. Technically, that’s true according to OECD figures on income tax and employee National Insurance.
But what if that’s only part of the story and the reality is a deep scam?
What if tax isn’t something that happens once on your payslip — but at multiple stages before you’re paid, and again every time you spend? Employer National Insurance, UK VAT at 20%, corporation tax embedded in prices, fuel duty, council tax, inheritance tax — layer upon layer. Add it all together and nearly 39% of the UK’s entire economic output now flows to the state, the highest sustained level in decades.

The breadth and the depth of scamming that we go through is huge. A scam never looks like it’s a scam, but now with digging into the education system, the media, government and taxation, suddenly lots of deception and falsehoods can be imagined. Meanwhile I see that in its truest form, each of these things is benevolent. It’s a necessity for children to be educated, it’s important for the public to be informed, we need law, order, justice and the means to resource a society that works effectively. However, what I’m seeing is the tyanny; schools to indoctrinate children, media to smear, government to be weaponised and taxes used to against those who pay it!
Time for citizens to come together to stand against this tyranny!
What is really powerful to learn is that a scam speaks truth, it has to or you would not believe it, but at a critical point an aspect is not true, that is where we are deceived and done out of something. Honestly, this is helping me to look at the likes of the mainstream media and ask where the falsehood lies within the truth, and often it is not what is said but what is not said. Time to wake up!!!
The sophistication of the scammers is very high, and it takes real effort to identify all the scams we deal with every day of our lives. We have experienced ourselves how mainstream media smear campaigns try to destroy people in order to maintain control for the Establishment and to prevent genuine empowerment from spreading. Especially since we came to Christ, the number of attacks against us has intensified significantly.
The nature of scams is that they are usually not obvious, and a great deal of digging and research is often needed to uncover them. However, we can become freer and live more in alignment with how we were created as human beings when we dig deeper and uncover the scams we are facing.
That’s why I really appreciate this Scamtology series. Thank you as well for pointing out how much tax we pay in all sorts of ways, often without effective means of holding the government accountable for its spending. What a scam!
What is key is learning how scamtology starts with some truth…bait to lure us in and then bit by bit the Establishment can bring in lies and then build those lies because the initial trust is there, ready to be abuse.
Where we have been scammed goes much deeper than we thought. Deep scamtology, deep scamtopia, where does it end? It’s hitting me harder the more I read, the more I learn how I and we have been scammed. What we have missed out on and what we have been deprived of. The establishments control needs to be cut and to do this, we need to work interdependently with God .
The more Lighthouse is questioning, challenging and calling out the establishment, digging and searching far deeper and more fundamentally than anywhere else I’ve heard or seen, the more it’s revealing the Scamtology we’ve all been duped by. The more I explore and look into everything I’ve so blindly accepted before the more I see the scams of education, in the theory of evolution, in the sciences, in the mainstream media, in business, you name it, it’s everywhere. The point here is dead on, it is DEEP scamming and so much of it has been through the use and manipulation of truth to a certain degree, while omitting things that are so crucial and ultimate game changers when realised! We need the whole truth and the whole truth starts and ends in Christ!
I never thought that the truth could be used to suppress and hide the truth. And ultimately, how this has been a huge part of trying to hide God from me and billions of us.
God’s Spirit will not be oppressed.
The real scam is using the truth to hide the rest of the scam. That is truly evil and we are exposed to that from young.
Thank you for this monumental and disturbing distinction. To think that the Establishment use truth to scam us out of the truth, the truth of God, ourselves and so much more, is bringing me to the awareness that I must start from scratch with what I have been told and come to believe across every area. I thank God for His sacred and precious Word because that is the only thing I know to be true for certain. Therefore, to start uncovering the scamming that is going on in my own soul first, I must look at God’s Word to unravel the years of scamming that has entered my soul externally 🙏
I keep coming back to this: the first scam isn’t a political narrative or a media headline — it’s how we were conditioned to accept manufactured meaning as truth. Once that early layer of influence takes root, everything else follows. Seeing scamtology described this way helped me realise how subtle and foundational the deception is — and why breaking out of it starts with awareness, not argument.
