1. Daily Update
They Want to Own Your Soul: How the Establishment Controls Who You Worship and Who You Become

Good evening everyone,
In the body of Christ, we are living under an establishment that, nationally and globally, has one overriding objective: control. Control over who we worship. Control over what we think and feel. Control over our families, our education, our work, our income, and our future.
This is not new. From ancient Egypt and Babylon to the Medo‑Persian, Greek and Roman empires, there has always been an “establishment” that has developed its own potential while systematically capping and redirecting everyone else’s. They have worked on their capacity in ways they have never allowed the rest of us to, and they have done so by attacking the top line of human life: our relationship with God.
The Establishment’s First Objective: Who We Worship
A simple but devastating observation: many of the leaders who rule us do not want us to worship God. They are “gods to themselves.” Power, money, status, image, and even Satan—directly or indirectly—become their objects of worship. The conflict of interest with the one true God, Creator and King of the universe, is profound.
Because of that, the establishment wants to control:
- Who we worship and how we worship.
- What we do with our faith in relation to our families and communities.
- Our humanness, our bodies, and our movements.
- Our material and financial lives, from God all the way through to the financial side of our lives.
From a secular standpoint, this is the age‑old struggle over narrative, power, and social engineering. From a Christian standpoint, it is the Kingdom of Darkness seeking to strip us of our Christ‑centered identity and obedience to God’s commission.
It’s All About Control – Especially of the “Top Line”
It is “top line” versus “bottom line.”
- Top line: our faith, our relationship with God, our calling in Christ, our God‑given potential.
- Bottom line: our material and financial life.
The establishment seeks to control both, but their first and most critical move is to cut people off from the top line.
“The only way to really and truly limit a human being is to limit and control the top line, our faith, our relationship with God, and our relationship in ourselves with God.”
By replacing God with false religions, atheism, materialism, cultural idols, and popular icons, they have taken God out of the lives of billions. They do this not only through overt ideology but through the “social, cultural and domestic fabric” that shapes our upbringing. What school did not teach your parents, your parents could not pass on to you. What their parents did not receive, they could not pass down either.
This is how an entire second tier of humanity—“the rest of us”—is created and kept in its place.
Thought Crimes and the War on the Inner Life
At the sharp end of this control is the push to intimidate and criminalise even the inner life:
- Calling prayer in your head a “thought crime.”
- Shaming or pathologising Christ‑centered conviction.
- Using technology, surveillance, and cultural pressure to monitor what you think, feel, see, and desire.
Facial recognition, AI, biometrics, and the specter of “the mark of the beast” are not just about tools. They are about leverage over consciousness and conscience. The target is not only your body or your wallet, but your faith, your interior life with God.
From a secular lens, you can describe this as the convergence of surveillance capitalism, technocratic governance, and psycho‑social conditioning. From a Christian lens, this is the modern expression of the same spiritual battle that has always raged over worship and allegiance.
The 1% KSA That Changes 50–80% of Your Life
Against this backdrop, a seemingly counterintuitive but crucial idea: you may only be missing 1%—but that 1% in Knowledge, Skill, and Action (KSA) can shift 50–80% of your life.
“1% KSA… can make a 50, 60, 70, 80% difference. It’s huge. Just that 1%.”
This 1% is not shallow “life hacks.” It is foundational, often generationally missing development in:
- Theochristological life: your understanding of God, Christ, the Spirit, and prayer.
- Human development: your character, conscience, imagination, will, and relationships.
- Material and financial life: how to create, steward, and deploy value in alignment with God’s will.
This 1% KSA is across multiple dimensions:
- Body, heart, mind, spirit.
- Personal, relational, transitional, transformational, transactional.
- See, be, do, get, give.
- With the right people, doing the right thing, in the right numbers, achieving the right result.
The tragedy is that this 1% should have been transmitted through the family, community, and education. But we hear the same lament over and over in Lighthouse’s research:
“This is what we should have taught our children.”
“Why didn’t we learn this at school?”
“Why didn’t we learn this at home?”
The reason is not just individual failure. It is systemic: a broadcast establishment that has systematically turned our heads away from what would have empowered us.
The Bible and the “Missing Curriculum”
The Bible is the foundation, not the entire curriculum.
The Scriptures give us the principles, the spiritual framework, and the revelation of God and salvation. But they do not explicitly teach you how to:
- Read and write in the first place.
- Do arithmetic or algebra.
- Use a knife and fork.
- Wipe, wash, and manage the basic practicalities of life.
All of that is meant to be built on the biblical foundation through social, domestic, and human formation.
What has happened instead is that the establishment has hollowed out that formation, stripping out God and robust human development, and replacing it with a thin, credential‑driven, compliant “education” that suits the first tier but not the second.
Universal Precepts: Break Yourself or Build With Them
The 1% of missing KSA is rooted in universal precepts or universal principles. These are God‑ordained realities in creation and human life that:
- You can either break yourself against, or
- Harness, in God’s will and through prayer.
Break yourself against them, and you work harder for longer to achieve much less. Harness them, and you experience compounding growth in how you serve God, humanity, your family, and even yourself.
This is not a prosperity gospel. It is stewardship of the potential God has placed in you.
From a secular angle, you could call these universal precepts things like cause and effect, delayed gratification, character formation, relational trust, and value creation. From a Christian angle, they are woven into the created order and illuminated by Scripture and the Spirit.
What Have You Missed – And What Now?
From tomorrow, we’re about to start walking through three key questions:
- Where have we been, where are we now, and where do we need to go?
Personally, as the body of Christ, and as humanity as a whole under the establishment. - What have we not received?
What specific knowledge, skills, and actions have been withheld or neglected—by schools, by parents, by culture? - What must we now get and change?
What are the top 1% of missing precepts and practices that will make a 50–80% difference to our lives and service to God?
The Bible itself is structured this way: what we have missed (starting with God), the consequences, and God’s offer of restoration and transformation. The same pattern is in our upbringing, our education, and our potential.
Holding the Line: “Keep the Faith”
In the face of overwhelming control, the command is simple but not easy: keep the faith.
- Never allow those who rule over you to prevent you from worshipping God.
- Never allow them to prevent you from carrying out God’s commission and commandments, however subtle the pressure.
- Refuse to be intimidated out of prayer, even if it is only “in your head.”
- Refuse to be silent where God calls you to speak, remembering that silence in the face of evil can itself be evil.
This is what it means, in practice, to “keep the faith” under an establishment that wants to own your top line and your bottom line.
A Call to Prayer, Repentance, and Vigilance
Let’s close in prayer, thanking God for answered and yet‑to‑be‑seen answers, and underlining a profound truth: God’s “no” is always a good no for those who are repentant and seeking to know God. The greatest sin is not simply pride. It is the willful separation from and rejection of God.
The call is therefore threefold: repent—turn away from separation and denial of God’s grace, love, and wisdom. Intercede—pray for the vulnerable and oppressed, including those suffering under the literal “foot” of the establishment. Hope, even for the establishment—pray that those within the establishment, too, repent and come to God.
And finally, a pastoral charge. Look after your little ones and the vulnerable and keep your eyes open to what is around you and what is inside you. Keep looking inward and outward, even when it is painful. Breathe more deeply, and pray with each breath.
This is how we begin, in Christ, to reclaim the 1% that changes everything.

3. Today’s Daily Two-Tier Injustice Example
90-Year-Old Chef Arrested For Feeding The Homeless
Occasionally, we encounter situations where the abuse of power by the cronies of the Establishment is so extreme that it almost seems unbelievable. Today, we highlight the case of Arnold Abbott, a 90-year-old chef arrested simply for feeding the homeless. Why? Because local authorities claimed he needed permits unrelated to food hygiene. This case illustrates how the Establishment prioritises control over basic human compassion. They do not want people to grow, as discussed previously here. It is for the same reason they targeted Lighthouse, attempting to undermine our pioneering work in human development through government agencies and state media attacks.

Across our reflections, there is a shared recognition that the Lighthouse updates are not merely informational but formative, shaping our hearts, faith, and sense of responsibility. While the truths presented can feel challenging and at times overwhelming, we are deeply grateful for the daily rhythm of prayer, teaching, humour, and insight, which sustains, sharpens, and refines us.
We are being drawn back individually and collectively to core principles: our identity in Christ, reliance on God rather than self, and honest assessment of our formation and conditioning. Some confront uncomfortable inner work, recognising the influence of fear and worldly conformity, while others experience clarity that brings both peace in knowing God’s power and pain in seeing how far the world—and we—have drifted. We understand that surrender is active obedience, not passive acceptance.
There is a strong shared conviction that the core conflict is spiritual rather than political or cultural. Human potential rooted in Christ cannot be controlled like fear-driven living, explaining the hostility, distortion, and suppression present in education, media, economics, family life, and even some churches. Lighthouse publications are recognised as a clear, covenantal, Christ-centred response—formative rather than performative—that mobilises, educates, and awakens the Body of Christ.
Emotionally, responses vary: some feel energised and emboldened, others humbled or disoriented. Yet we agree that discomfort signals growth. Naming what was withheld by the establishment is painful but liberating. Unity in Christ is seen as essential; together we are resilient, discerning, and steadfast, called to vigilance, courage, and hope tempered by love and responsibility.
Overall, we are grateful for the leadership, structure, and truth being stewarded, even amid challenges. We pray for healing, protection, and wisdom as we step further into living, working, creating, and resisting in Christ. The light is not dimming—it is intensifying, and so too are we, slowly, faithfully, and steadfastly.

Hi everyone,
We are left simultaneously stunned, grieved, awakened, and stirred with urgency by what has been revealed. There is a shared sense of shock as we recognise how much has been deliberately stripped from us across generations — not merely information, but something intimate and foundational to our humanity. The realisation that even a small, withheld percentage of essential knowledge, skills, and awareness could have altered the entire trajectory of our lives evokes a deep sense of violation. It feels personal, systemic, and profoundly consequential, because what was denied was not trivial but primary.
What is becoming unmistakable is that the establishment’s central objective has never been purely political, economic, or material, but spiritual. By shaping and controlling who or what we worship — or by ensuring that worship is displaced, diluted, or fragmented — the establishment effectively seeks to control and determine our behaviour, value creation, and outcomes against us. When the top line is distorted, the bottom line also becomes distorted.. This explains why so many of us, and those before us, were never taught to prioritise our relationship with God, our character, or our inner formation. Instead, we were actively indoctrinated against it while false gods quietly took centre stage: worshipping those of achievement, acceptance, productivity, status, and survival.
We recognise now that this deprivation was not primarily the failure of our parents or communities, but the result of an intergenerational system designed to withhold and prevent foundational development. Seeing this removes misplaced shame and guilt, while also revealing the scale and intentionality of the problem. It explains why sincere believers can love God deeply yet struggle to live coherently, effectively, or fruitfully in the world. Scripture was never meant to replace human development, but to ground it in our very Source; the layers that ought to have been built through family, practice, discipline, and community were never given the opportunity, space, conditions and guidance to form.
What has struck us powerfully is the disproportionate impact of even a small recovery of what was lost. We see that a seemingly minor increase in the right kind of knowledge, skills, awareness, and spiritual alignment can produce major transformative change. Many of us can testify that while we have been unable to apply most of what we have learned, the small portion we have applied has already reshaped various aspects of our lives. This reveals both the tragedy of how much potential has been robbed, and the hope of how much remains recoverable.
Alongside this awakening, we are also becoming more honest about ourselves. There is a collective call inward — to watchfulness, humility, repentance, and sobriety. As we attempt to re-orient toward God, we notice resistance, disruption, discomfort, and exposure of darkness within us. It often feels messy and slow, like demolition before rebuilding. Some of us feel weaker, more irritated, or more aware of our attachments, rather than immediately stronger. Yet we recognise this as part of the process of healing and realignment, not a sign of failure.
We hold a tension here. On one hand, there is righteous indignation at injustice, hypocrisy, and the closing of every legitimate avenue for truth, accountability, and redress. This fuels urgency, firmness, and an unwillingness to dilute or compromise what must be said. On the other hand, we are reminded not to be consumed by resentment, but to remain anchored in prayer, discernment, faith, forgiveness and even hope — including hope for those within the establishment who are caught in the same fallen system. Maintaining that distinction matters.
What we deeply appreciate is that this work does not collapse into bitterness or abstraction. It names the pathology clearly while offering something constructive and practical: a way forward that addresses both the primary spiritual attack and its secondary human, material, and societal consequences. It honours Scripture without misusing it, invites believers and non-believers alike to engage, and restores a sense of agency where powerlessness once dominated.
Ultimately, we feel gratitude — gratitude for truth spoken plainly, for distinctions made with precision, and for a framework that helps us understand not only what has happened to us, but what we can now do. Our faith is being strengthened, our awareness sharpened, and our responsibility clarified. We are beginning to see our lives, our children, our communities, and our future differently.
We pray for perseverance, for integrity, and for the grace to walk this out daily, even in small increments. We see more clearly now that recovering what was denied is both a spiritual and human task, and that even modest faithfulness in the right direction can yield extraordinary fruit. This was a powerful and revealing update. The way Paulie exposes how the establishment seeks to shape and control who and what we worship really resonates, especially when you realise that none of this was taught to us growing up — nor to our parents, grandparents, or generations before them. It brings into focus how deeply rooted and intergenerational this blindness has been, apart from God and His divine intervention. Thanks and praise be to Him.
I also really appreciated the closing emphasis on looking both inward and outward — learning to be the watcher at the gate of our own souls. A humble reminder of how affected we are by the Fall, and of our continual need to come before Christ, asking to be received in His grace, mercy, and lovingkindness from everlasting to everlasting. Amen.
This Daily Update in some ways left me cold, a bit stunned, and very eager.
I say cold because of how much has been stripped from my upbringing. 1%… when Paul framed it that way, exposing how little, but how much has been deliberately been denied, it’s hard to describe the feeling of violation. If anyone’s ever been burgled, you know that feeling of violation, where someone has come into your own privacy and stolen what was yours, when you’ve done nothing to them to warrant it. It’s like that, except, far far far worse, more inhuman and far more consequential.
I look at my relationship with the primary – almost non existent. It’s actually a big change I want to make for the year ahead, to become someone who’s grounded in primary thinking, feeling, analysing and problem solving. I can’t be a master problem solver only working at the secondary. Just that 1% of learning universal precepts / principles at a young age… I’ve read the 7 Habits, been on workshops to study and try and apply them. I’ve helped others with it too. And yet it couldn’t take root without the fundamental knowledge already wired in me – I was conditioned to conform to the world..
So the best way to know, not just mentalise the principles… to know our Father, the source of them. The very thing the establishment fear – not just any potential, but human potential in Jesus Christ’s Spirit. God bless Paul and God bless this work.
This is a profound understanding of what we have as citizens have become to accept as normal. The control exerted over who we choose to worship and who we become as human beings, has been immense and whilst that’s happening, we don’t learn how to take a problem and solve it through the structure of knowledge, skill and action.
I hadn’t realised the sheer extent of the limitation that we operate from and it’s very hard to swallow but I am so grateful to Paul for caring for the body, for citizens to reveal the truth to us. God bless him and us all.
I appreciate Paul’s focus on the need to understand that the Establishment want to stop us worshipping God and for the Body of Christ to educate themselves in areas that the Bible doesn’t explain, particularly the skills to build value. It honours Scripture without turning it into something it was never meant to be, and it demonstrates how practical human development was always meant to be layered on top of biblical truth through family, community, and practice. That distinction helped me see why so many sincere believers love God deeply yet struggle to live effectively and coherently in the world.
This is an important message that requires a level of maturity, for those who want freedom. As I was reading, I felt my awareness growing to the attack on our very being. Not an overt attack, but an incremental one, bit by bit, like the frog that boils alive if the water is heated slowly. I see it more clearly, little by little, the attempt to remove us from God. Preaching in the street is becoming a hate crime, and there is a feeling of powerlessness because they have also cut us off from realising our potential, they are cutting us off from communing. This is a very important message, keep the faith.
What I find powerful and immediately applicable about what Paul is teaching here is we can take it and apply it to what we see happening in our culture and society that’s being driven by the establishment itself because it’s being backed by the powers of the establishment. Take a simple example, Christians are being arrested and prosecuted wherever possible for simply peacefully preaching the Gospel on the streets, or simply praying in their heads near abortion centres, yet Islamic preachers and teachers are openly allowed to speak about and encourage Jihad on the streets of our cities. Why is Christianity such a target and other religions are not, even when what other religions are doing is so clearly dangerous and destructive? For me, that’s just one example of many that affirms the establishment’s desire to control who and what we worship.
Speaking about the revolutionary difference that 1% KSA increase and improvement, especially theochristologically and humanly (BHMS), got me thinking about how exponentially 1% improvement daily accumulates to almost 38 times increase / improvement over a year. The opposite though is also true, that becoming 1% less than or worse every day would leave you with about 2.6% of your original level after one year, which is about 38.5 times worse than when we started. Apparently, it would take just 69 days at 1% decline everyday to become half of what we started with, i.e to see a 50% drop off! The question is, which direction, even at the level of1%, are we / is humanity trending!? Thank you for these updates and how they all come together and develop the desperately needed clarity and awakening that’s needed for the citizenry to come together and stand up to such establishment abuse, while improving on and developing themselves in the right direction.
This update really pierced my heart. The way you describe worship as something we will give — either to God or to false gods — brought so much into focus for me. It made me reflect honestly on how unspoken idols are formed through culture, education, and even good intentions, and how easily they still creep into my own life. The 1% of KSA idea especially challenged me; seeing how small, faithful changes can produce huge spiritual fruit gives me both hope and urgency. I’m deeply grateful for this truth-telling and the call back to God as the true centre of everything. 🙏
Such a valuable and important update to express the pathology of the establishment, and indeed anyone opposed to us and our work.
It’s increasingly evident that those seeking to destroy us and our work are those who seek control and significance over others. They want to be worshipped and they want to be a law unto themselves.
Meanwhile a True Blue Christian who takes God’s Living Word seriously would never want that for themselves or others. That’s hugely threatening for the establishment and so now I’m seeing why there’s such heavy-handedness on Christians across the globe. The fact that someone can be arrested for praying silently in their head whilst proven paedophiles fail to be prosecuted shows the reality of this. Then there’s Christians in places like Nigeria who are slaughtered for their Christian faith. The mainstream media is seeking to smear and demonise Christianity with terms like “Christian Nationalism”. Christianity is under attack and the attacks vary from location to location based on the culture and what’s deemed to be ‘acceptable’.
It’s through recent updates that I’m learning why Christianity as a religious faith focused on love, joy, peace, forgiveness and repentance would be so hated. Christ warned us thousands of years ago! And because of the warnings in God’s Word a True Blue Christian not only has the awareness to see what’s going on, but to call it out too. So we have an anti-Christian and anti-Christ system to suppress the growth of the Body of Christ both in number and in maturity.
What’s so meaningful from what Paul’s shared is the pragmatism of our work to counter both the primary intentions of the satanic attacks on us and other Christians, as well as the secondary outgrowth. We’ve been stymied in our growth through an establishment system and now we’re making that known to the world whilst offering solutions.
The more I learn, the more I understand why the last 4-5 years have been the way they’ve been with the attacks online, in the media and through government agencies.

Another incredibly important update, thank you Paulie for your relentless commitment to truth and for exposing the deeper roots of our limitations, suffering, and the fallen systems shaping the world. What resonates so strongly is how these insights bring clarity to why we feel what we feel, while also showing a practical and spiritual way forward. The depth keeps increasing, yet the message remains accessible and inclusive, whether viewed through a secular or Christian lens.
The point about the establishment controlling the top line, starting with faith, character, and identity was another bullseye. Even a small shift in developing our knowledge, skill and action can change everything. There is so much here to carry into family life, education, and the year ahead. Thank you🙏
I can see it every day during the build up to Christmas as I travel around.
I see a lot of decorations outside of homes that are snowmen, reindeer and Santas, but the actual meaning of Christmas – celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ – completely missing.
What I also see is the opposite of peace love and joy being celebrated. ‘The Grinch’ is now as popular a decoration and is celebrated as much as Father Christmas and am I right in saying The Grinch tried to steal Christmas and spread misery?
This is the effect of the establishment. Anything to divert the true loving meaning of Christmas, of worshiping Christ, of goodwill to all men and peace on earth. Divert our attention away from Christianity and towards materialism, worshiping the created and self promoting, rather than God and Jesus Christ.
That way, the establishment can undermine our foundations and create a space to place their own substitute values for their own self promoting ends.
Pray to God no matter what they say and may God bless us all.
