21st September 2026 — Lighthouse Monday Update — Why Is the BBC Taking Us So Seriously Now?

Lighthouse Daily – 21st September 2026…

Good day, fellow citizens and brothers and sisters in Christ,

Today’s short update introduces Part Two of God Help You Catrin Nye Commentary and one unavoidable question:

Why is the BBC taking Paul S. Waugh’s open letter so seriously now?

1. Why Now?

“Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save.” — Psalm 146:3

If that is so, why did it take this letter — and everything that led to it — for the BBC to recognise the seriousness of what has been placed before it?

For years, Lighthouse Global has sought a full and meaningful opportunity to place its extensive evidence before the BBC and its audience.

We have received reports from within the organisation that this open letter to Catrin Nye is being examined and taken extremely seriously by the BBC Chairman, the BBC Board, the BBC Commercial Board, the BBC Executive Committee, the BBC Editorial Standards Committee, the Head of BBC News and the Director General of the BBC, Matt Brittin, all the way from the top of the BBC to the very bottom.

This question and the associated issues matter more than us and the case of Lighthouse Global.

When a powerful institution enters a citizen’s life, constructs a public identity around them and broadcasts it to millions, what must happen before that institution genuinely examines the evidence it previously constrained, rejected or left outside its story?

2. Introducing Part Two

God Help You Catrin Nye Commentary: Part Two — Why Is the BBC Taking Us So Seriously Now?

Will it mean another internal process designed to manage the external perception of a deep-rooted institutional problem? Or will it mean examining the primary evidence, confronting the denial of a meaningful right of reply, distinguishing allegation from proof and facing the diabolical Life Destruction caused through the BBC’s immense reach and historical reputation?

This article does not merely acknowledge that the BBC is paying attention. It asks what “taking this seriously” must actually mean.

Paul’s invitation remains direct: bring the strongest claims, bring the sources and bring the full context. Lighthouse will bring its primary evidence. Let truth — not institutional power — decide what survives examination.

The BBC now faces a choice. It can treat this open letter as a reputational difficulty to contain, or as an opportunity to face the truth, correct the falsified public record and begin helping to restore the lives it has tried to destroy.

3. What Will “Seriously” Mean?

As you read, hold one distinction clearly in mind: institutional concern is not yet institutional responsibility. Seriousness will be measured by what the BBC is willing to examine, acknowledge, correct and put right.

The door remains open. The evidence is extensive. The invitation stands.

God bless,

Paul S. Waugh, Chris Nash and Shaun Cooper

The BBC as one of the, if not largest media company in the world does not have the same level of institutional accountability that other organisations have. This must change.

I have never seen the BBC truly take responsibility for their wrongdoing, while they point the finger and guillotine at others. Hence why they need to be publicly held accountable.

I appreciate the last section of this update…institutional concern is not the same as institutional accountability…our position has not changed, the evidence only gets increasingly damning for the BBC as time progresses and the accountability will never stop coming.

It’s time to correct the public record. What the BBC has done with all their smears and lies needs to be pulled into the light, and they need to be held accountable individually and collectively as an organisation. All their heinous crimes must be uncovered.

The BBC are trying all their tricks… their deceptive ‘right of reply’ (AKA a few edited words before the public hanging), the gaslighting complaints process, the toothless Ofcom, trying to intimidate protests with security and most recently trying to criminalise the efforts to solve the problem of responding to a hit-piece broadcast.

The more that this open letter is being open, read and shared, the more damning it becomes for the BBC (who also has a history of employing a few paedophiles). ALL they had to do was to sit down and resolve the matter with us, but in their hubris, they thought they could lie heinously without being held accountable. Now it’s 3.5 years since they broadcast A Very British Cult, and Catrin Nye, her team, her sources and the BBC are in a terrible place. The more they try to destroy us, the worse it gets for them. When will they learn?!?

The BBC faces a choice here, and I pray they choose to take responsibility and make things right with those they have wronged — starting here with us, and with the millions of other victims who have suffered far worse than we have.

We stand united in Christ, and we pray that they repent.

Thank you, and God bless.

The fact that in spite of everything the door is still open for dialogue says a lot. The BBC are allergic to accountability yet Paul and Lighthouse still want to correct the record and bring forward all the evidence. It is not Lighthouse and Paul that is dodging the truth, and the BBC are revealing that while they are taking this seriously, they are not entering into the dialogue but ducking and diving all the more.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.
There is a reason why now, after years of campaigning and work, The BBC may finally be looking into this issue. However, ‘looking at it’ and ‘acting on it’ are still two different things and we will see how they choose to finally act.

It’s time the BBC took responsibility for the Life Destruction they inflict on their readers and listeners around the world. They continue to manipulate the public with their malicious lies. It’s time they took responsibility for their actions…
