Today’s Daily Two-Tier Injustice Example
Police Insanity to Avoid Woman Reporting Legitimate Sexual Harassment Charge
As I have been showing in recent days, the self-appointed establishment has rigged the game in its own favour through the systems and processes it has created. Beyond indoctrination via the education system and the media, it must also keep the population compliant by conditioning us to submit to the various authorities it has put in place. Central to this is the concept of law and order, and the role of the police within it. How many of us, even now, feel an almost instinctive fear when we see the police nearby — a reflex rooted in the obedience drilled into us from childhood at school?
For a rigged system to function, there must be one set of rules for the establishment and its associates, and another for the rest of us. This is what people refer to as “two-tier” justice: one rule for them, another for us. We are seeing this play out with our three brothers currently in court. While we cannot go into the details of the case, they were arrested for knocking twice on the door of a BBC journalist to deliver a Bible and ask her questions. Yet journalists routinely do exactly this themselves — so why are they not arrested?
Each day, we will highlight examples of this two-tier, establishment-controlled system of so-called justice, which in reality functions as a mechanism of control. In today’s video, you will see how the police are able to bend the rules and invent preposterous, illogical justifications in order to carry out objectives set for them by the establishment.
Today’s Update
Today’s update is a focused statement of intent. It sets out four key areas:
- A message to the establishment and its media
- The body of Christ becoming at least as organised as the establishment
- Ensuring that no one has to stand alone in battle
- Reach, and three key documents Lighthouse will be releasing
This is not just for Lighthouse. It is for the body of Christ, and for any person of good will who seeks truth and justice, whether within the faith or outside of it.

1. Message to the Establishment and Its Media
To the establishment media, beginning with the BBC and its counterparts:
No matter what you say about me—Paul Waugh—if it is false, I will demonstrate to the world that it is false. Your lies will be added to the thousands of falsehoods and deceptions you put out every year.
If you spend public money, licence fee payer money, to lie on behalf of the establishment, understand what you are doing: you are serving an agenda that is not for the people, not for truth, and not for God.
If your accusations against me, Lighthouse, or others doing good work are false, we will expose them.
If your accusations are true, then I will repent. I will make it right through penitence and service. In fact, if I have done wrong, you have a bigger problem, because repentance in Christ only increases my resolve to serve.
You will not use either truth or lies to destroy me, Lighthouse, or anyone genuinely serving God and doing good. If it is false, we will hold you to account. If it is true, we will repent and serve even more.
The establishment media, as the mouthpiece of the establishment, operates with its own interests at heart. For a century and more, systems of education and media have not been designed for the optimal and maximal development of human potential. They have been designed to diminish and control that potential.
Lighthouse will never stop working on the God-given potential of people that has been stymied, diminished, and controlled by these systems. I will never stop serving because I am a sinner, imperfect, or inconvenient to your agenda. I will not stop because it clashes with your overlords’ designs.
You may act out of revenge and hatred, asking, “How dare Lighthouse? How dare Paul Waugh challenge us?”
Go ahead. Do what you do best. Be toxic. Peddle lies and destruction.
But remember this:
You are a mother, a father, a son, a daughter, a member of a family and of the citizenry. There are consequences before God for peddling lies and destruction for the sake of the establishment.
To everyone in the body of Christ, and to any person doing good work:
- Do not let these “demons” put you off.
- Whether they lie about you or tell the truth, if you have done wrong, repent.
- The more wrong we have done, the more deeply we ought to repent.
For this reason we are launching Atonement International:
A work to help people atone, make things right, and begin again—whether the establishment likes it or not. We will stand with those who want to do right, whether they are in Christ already or not.
2. The Body of Christ Must Be Organised
At present, the establishment, its state apparatus, and its media mouthpieces are highly organised. Corrupt and chaotic as they may be internally, they are still better prepared for battle than the body of Christ is.
The potential of the body of Christ depends on:
- Each individual in the body realising their God-given potential
- Those individuals being able to connect with one another rapidly and effectively
Right now, the body of Christ is separated by many degrees. In practice, we function with six or seven degrees of separation between believers across the world.
We must move to a state where, at most, we are one degree of separation from one another. From that one degree, we should move to zero degrees in Christ:
- Zero degrees in responsiveness to crisis or need
- Zero degrees in love, care, support, and intercession
- Zero degrees in unity of purpose, even where we differ on secondary doctrines
This is what we call “1DC” at Lighthouse:
- One degree in Christ
- One degree from each other in the body
So that together we can move to zero degrees in Christ in our hearts and minds.
Christ always holds us at zero degrees from His side. He never forgets us. But we often walk around with Christ out of mind—for minutes, hours, even days. The moment we remember Him, pray, or even think of Him, we return to zero degrees in our awareness.
We need a body that is at most one degree apart, so that when a member cries out for help, the body can respond.
3. No One Should Have to Stand Alone
Lighthouse had to stand alone for years, much like many of our brothers and sisters in Nigeria and countless other places around the world. There are hundreds upon hundreds of groups and individuals who are targeted, victimised, or under attack—Christian and secular alike—who stand alone.
This must no longer be the case.
There must never again be a situation where:
- Vulnerable believers
- Vulnerable citizens
- Vulnerable communities
are left without backup, without the body of Christ springing into action on their behalf.
This is one of the ways we love our enemies.
Even if those enemies are lying, cheating, and persecuting, the body must be ready to stand for truth, justice, and mercy—for anyone striving to do right, whether or not they yet know Christ.
Lighthouse survived the attacks of the establishment and its media not because we are extraordinary in ourselves, but because the group belongs to God. God is great, glorious, and all-powerful. We stood in Christ, not in our own strength.
Yet what we lacked was awareness and support from the wider body. We had no way to send out an SOS to the body of Christ worldwide. No phone number, no email network, no coordinated system through which we could alert the global body to our distress.
There are said to be roughly 1.5 billion people who claim the name of Christ—Catholic, Protestant, Reformed. Yet there is no central SOS system that enables an immediate, unified response.
This must change.
We need:
- A central coordinating system for challenges, dangers, persecutions, and crises anywhere in the world
- A means for the body to be alerted and to respond in prayer, support, advocacy, and practical help
Everyone I have spoken to, inside and outside the body, agrees: this is urgently needed.
4. Reach and Three Key Documents
To move towards one degree of connection and global responsiveness, Lighthouse will soon release three key documents and begin a broader communication strategy.
We will start with:
- The Lighthouse Circular
A series of circulars that will precede the launch of the Lighthouse News Magazine.- These circulars will convey urgent, focused messages to Christians and supporters worldwide.
- The first circular, to be released in the coming days, will cover the main themes outlined here and more.
- An Open Letter to Donald J. Trump
This letter, to be attached to the circular, concerns Lighthouse, the battle we have fought, and the formation of a Christian interventionist body and a secular interventionist body, each with distinct roles and projects, yet co-labouring for justice and righteousness. - An Open Letter to God
This is a 45–50 minute read and will also be recorded in audio.
It is:- A deeply personal letter about my relationship with God
- A confession of myself as Paul, the imperfect sinner, Paul the problem, Paul the solution in Christ, and Paul the opportunity
- An invitation for you to see yourself the same way: a sinner, imperfect, yet an immense opportunity in Christ, eternally and infinitely
These three documents are meant to work together. They will be passed around the world by you, if you are willing in Christian love, understanding, and faith, to help spread them. Time is running out. We must get this message out and begin a genuine global conversation.
5. A Call to a Global Conversation and Shared Leadership
I am not moving forward as “the” leader of this work. I will be a leader, and so will you. This is not about one person on top. It is about a group of leaders in the body of Christ, working together.
What I am putting forward now is not yet a proposal to act, but a proposal to discuss—to have a global discourse on the issues that matter most in these last days:
- How we unify for action beyond denominational and doctrinal disputes
- Where our disagreements matter, and where they do not, when people are in danger
- How we love our enemies, our neighbours, and even those with whom we profoundly disagree
If, for example, your neighbour of another faith or another denomination was under attack in the street, of course you would fight side by side to protect life. You would not refuse to defend a neighbour because they are Muslim, Catholic, Protestant, atheist, or from any other group.
We must become very clear about:
- Where doctrinal disagreements truly matter for fellowship and teaching
- Where they do not matter for mercy, protection, and basic human solidarity
- When we must sprint into action as Christians, so that our yes is yes and our no is no
We must not walk past someone in need because of their label. We should never find ourselves stepping over a person in distress, saying, “They are from the wrong denomination,” or “They are not a Christian,” and move on.
Even if someone is a false Christian, a misled person, or even an enemy, we are still commanded to love them. This does not mean we accept false doctrine or wicked teaching. It means that we recognise where our disagreements must not prevent us from extending love, protection, and basic justice.
Closing Prayer
Father, thank You so much for this session. Thank You so much for this opportunity to be able to speak like this so we can share this globally. The time has come for reach to happen. We have done our homework, Father, because You’ve graced us. We’ve got all this knowledge, we’ve got this skill, we’ve got this action because You, Father, have blessed us. We’ve fought the dragon, we have fought the beast as an embattled group of Christians with Your backing. And we have prevailed like David against Goliath. We’ve prevailed. But so much more needs to be done.
We ought never, Father, and I know You know that, ever have to be in a position that 99.9999999% of people around the world didn’t know about this little embattled group of Christians that were fighting this massive behemoth, the massive behemoth that is the establishment and its media. They all attacked us and they literally can’t believe it, because they don’t believe in You, most of them, that we’ve survived. If they knew and understood You and understood Your history and understood who You are, well, they wouldn’t be surprised whatsoever, they wouldn’t have started in the first place.
They wouldn’t have tried. They wouldn’t even have attempted to waste the licence fee money on this. As the liars they are and the damage they try to cause, they would never have tried. There’s a lot of things they want to do to destroy people, but they don’t. Because they know that it’s not possible. It’s improbable that they’ll get away with that. Well, they’re not going to get away with this, Father. In Your name, Father, they will not get away with this. Or anything else to do with the body or anyone else anywhere in the world that is being lied about by a behemoth because they’re doing something that is in their view anti the establishment’s interests.
So Father, we thank You. We ask You and pray for the vulnerable. For those that are stricken, that are reeling under tyranny, that are reeling under evil. We ask You, Father, to continue to bless this work as You always have. We ask You for us to be able to get these documents out this weekend for us to be able to spread this message globally just to start this conversation. A global conversation. The BBC’s reach is about 500 million. It’s one and a half people who claim You. A billion. That’s three times that. We cannot have a voice piece of the beast.
It’s working against Your body, Father, with 500,000 and the rest of the media where they have some sort of a cartel arrangement. We need to be able to be resourced for battle. And we pray for those resources, Father. And I feel that they’re so close, in You.
Father, please, with bowed head and bended knee, we repent, Father. We thank You for this, through Your son, Jesus Christ’s name.

We are becoming more aware of how our relationship with truth has been fractured, not from lack of value, but from fear, weariness, and the cost that truth brings. This has affected our courage, intimacy with Jesus, and our sense of potential, which many of us were never taught to recognise or nurture.
We are realising that these limitations are not accidental; growth requires safety, rest, and a regulated state of being. The establishment often restricts access to truth and potential, while those at the top are trained to think expansively. Compliance alone was never meant to lead to freedom.
Despite these heavy insights, we feel clarity, discernment, and hope, motivated by a desire to realign with truth, conscience, and God-given purpose. Spiritual formation, especially intentional time with God, is central to restoring value and resisting limitation.
Ultimately, we are grateful—for honesty, courage, community, and God’s awakening—walking together toward truth, freedom, and alignment with who He created us to be.

Hi everyone,
We are also collectively shaken by the realities of injustice that keep surfacing. Many of us feel anger, grief, and even horror at the evidence of two-tier—or worse—so called justice: where ordinary people are punished harshly, sometimes for standing for truth or for praying quietly/in their heads, while others who have caused serious harm, walk free. The stories of wrongful convictions, lives destroyed over decades, and selective enforcement of the law confront us with the cost of corruption and incompetence. For some of us, this comparison is sharpened by recognising we live in systems that are openly corrupt, filled with injustice.
At the same time, we feel a moral urgency to confront the establishment and its media arms directly and truthfully. What resonates is the refusal to play a defensive game or retreat into silence. Instead, there is a call to healthy confrontation that places everyone—journalists, institutions, and power-holders—back under moral responsibility before God. This is not about vengeance or politics, but about naming evil, refusing collusion, and insisting that power does not grant immunity from consequence. Many of us feel that this kind of clarity strips away mockery and exposes fear where confidence once appeared.
Running through all of this is a deep conviction that the Body of Christ is structurally unprepared for the realities we face. The issue is not Christ’s faithfulness, but our fragmentation, disconnection, and slowness to respond, if at all, to one another’s suffering. We feel the pain of knowing how many have stood and still stand alone—exposed, isolated, and overwhelmed—when no one should have to. The repeated emphasis that no one should be vulnerable, abandoned, or left without support, regardless of denomination or even faith, confronts our prejudices and comforts us at the same time. Love of our neighbour, enemy, and stranger alike is being reframed as something practical, organised, and responsive—not sentimental.
As we approach the celebration of Christ’s birth, this all feels intensified. We are aware of loneliness, disempowerment, and suffering that should not define this season—or any season. Yet we also feel hope, not as vague optimism, but as something anchored in truth, clarity, and a tangible “how.” The vision of shared publications, shared conversation, and shared responsibility resonates as a way to connect urgency with humility, reach with repentance, and conviction with service.

Thank you for this update and the prayer. The call to genuine repentance really struck me — not just saying the words, but truly understanding what it means to turn back to God in humility and obedience. The emphasis on truth, unity, and preparedness feels timely and necessary. Praying for softened hearts, for wisdom to discern rightly, and especially for the vulnerable to be protected and upheld. Amen.
Thank you Paul! It’s just as the story of the Good Samaritan in Luke-we cannot turn away from our neighbors whether they think, act, or believe the same as us or not. If God leads us to meet a need, He will provide for us, and bless the one in need. This world has become so isolated from one another despite having the technology to reach around the world. Now more than ever we can’t turn aside from the hurting souls because we hurt, too. No man is an island, so it’s time to put aside the dividing lines and cross them!
So well expressed and felt Beth. So glad you are one who is training to serve the needs of others. And you have faced your own battles yet you haven’t turned away. God bless you sister.
What really stands out is that no one else is talking so practically and pragmatically about the reality and state of the Body of Christ in the way that Paul is. Nowhere else is anyone sharing specific ideas that can and need to be applied. At best there’s murmurings that the Body of Christ needs to be united, but that’s as far as it goes. There’s no plans and therefore no action.
Yet here we have Paul sharing how the establishment is far more organised and united. The mainstream media establishment mouthpiece can label smear anyone and everything it wants and needs to for the establishment’s agenda. Christians across the globe are so helpless and vulnerable that they can’t even stand up for each other when being bombed and slaughtered like they are in Nigeria.
Paul’s response to what the establishment do or don’t say about him and us, whether it’s true or false, is such a powerful one. Any mainstream media falsehoods will be exposed for the world to see and if there is any genuine wrongdoing, then the need to repent, serve and help others increases hugely!
The fact that being repentant and using that as an opportunity to atone is so rare, foreign and almost actively discouraged through the justice system, media landscape and culture we have, is a damning reflection of where humanity is. This 100% needs to change. It’s an honour to be part of ensuring that Atonement International is established and grown for the ultimate benefit of humanity. What an incredible opportunity to demonstrate Christian heart and service.
This update is deeply moving in the way it calls for genuine repentance and highlights the urgent need for unity and practical action within the body of Christ. It speaks with honesty and compassion, encouraging reflection, courage, and a shared responsibility to stand together in truth, faith, and care for the vulnerable. Thank you to our Father, thank you to our brother Paul, this is particularly moving because Paul is bringing front and centre what many, not only Christian but any reasonable secular citizen wants…to be unified, close and able to help others where needed. As we approach a new year, I pray that I and we, take these calls to action seriously and take them with each other. We need practical steps and resources like the Lighthouse Circular’s, but most all, we need to be moving closer and closer to Christ, to reduce an separation between Him and His children, only in Him can we achieve the ur work ahead 🙏

God bless Paul for speaking truth with such clarity and courage. Reading this update just before celebrating Christ’s birth is deeply moving, especially knowing how hard this season can be for so many who feel lonely, disempowered, or unheard. This clearly exposes the core issues we face, how the establishment operates and keeps people controlled, and, importantly, lays out what must change and how.
Thank you for the call for a truly united and organised Body of Christ, rooted in repentance, truth, and action. This gives real hope for meaningful change. I’m praying for unity, protection of the vulnerable, and growth for all of us walking this path.
Another powerful update. From what Paul, Chris and Shaun are sharing, it’s understandable why many people no longer have faith in the police, government, or judicial system. When doing a little investigation, I found that in the last five years in the U.K., between 100–200 people were exonerated, and in the U.S., over 900. Even one person wrongly convicted is one too many.
What really gets me is that there are people in prison right now for standing for the truth or praying outside abortion clinics, yet there are people walking free who have been involved in child sexual abuse

There is so much that can be achieved when the right people, in the right number, work together in the right way, to achieve the right result. (The 4Rs)
What is outlined here is a clear way forward not just for Christian’s but for everyone who is subject to the injustice of the evil elite’s. Those who have rigged a system to destroy and enslave, rather than release and empower.
I pray that God’s righteousness will come to us all as soon as possible and that I an we can play our parts fully.
