Good day fellow citizens and brothers and sisters in Christ,
Today’s update is a brief read with a crucial announcement.
Crown Court Appeal Update
“He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” — Micah 6:8
Our brothers Kris, Jatinder and Sukh attended their plea hearing today at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
We can confirm that the new trial date is set for the 7th September, scheduled to last two weeks (10 working days).
This will give the defendants and prosecution the opportunity to submit all their evidence and conduct full cross examination of witnesses, including the claimant Catrin Nye, and the defendants Kris, Jatinder and Sukh.
The defendants are expected to call multiple witnesses, including several of the Lighthouse Associates, including Founders.
We are all sincerely and earnestly looking forward to the opportunities at hand in this trial.
We pray and will work for God’s glory to be revealed and demonstrated through this.
Likewise, every single person involved in this trial, from all sides, are in our prayers.
Note: Given Paul’s longstanding ill health resulting from the multiple Establishment attacks on him, these daily updates are generated by the team, drawing from recent and older meetings and transcripts that Paul has shared with us. We ask for you to keep him in your prayers as he builds strength and renews in our Lord.

Really appreciate this update on the appeal. As with the trial in the Magistrates’ Court, I pray that God’s glory will be revealed.
I can see that with the allocation of 10 working days, this shows how seriously this appeal is being taken. It also shows how much evidence needs to be presented in this case for a fair and just decision to be reached.

Congrats on getting the appeal court date. Now things can be done properly regarding the miscarriage of justice that happened with the magistrates’ court. It feels very different now, mistakes were made and lessons have been learnt, and things are now far more organised and prepared. Though we know the system is orchestrated to be manipulated, we will see what happens moving forward. God bless.
