Over 350 Insolvency Service Practitioners and Nearly Entire Board for the Department of Business & Trade Read Our Open Letter to Insolvency Service CEO Duncan Beach
Good day fellow citizens and brothers and sisters in Christ,
What happens when you take direct, firm, lawful, responsible action that is based on fundamental laws, guiding light principles as well as hard and fast rules, to hold an Establishment institution accountable to their chronic, systemic and destructive criminal wrongdoing?
Silence.
And how would the Insolvency Service, the BBC, Ofcom or the UK Secretary of State for Business and Trade respond if even one claim we are making was false, or half-true?
They would sue us for defamation with every resource they have in an effort to shut us down and bury us once and for all.
But they can’t do that. Because everything we have ever put to them, every statement, every instance of their wrongdoing is provable, backed up by facts and full evidence, with everything on record.
What we are doing is acting in the true public interest. Where these tyrants and fake whistleblowers claim they act in the name of public interest, we are genuinely serving it, because when organisations seek to destroy citizens of their own country through abusing their power and influence, the public desperately need to know about that, because they could be next. If a sporting legend like Boris Becker can be attacked by a weaponised Insolvency Service, then no one is safe. Where they neglect their duty of care to the public, we are enacting ours and holding the Insolvency Service and its staff accountable to that very principle.
Where they seek to destroy and break down what is good in the name of justice, we are exposing their lies and deceit, through constructive action, based on the ultimate law of constructive love.
So instead, they stay silent. They cannot afford to reply in any way to us without making things far worse for themselves. Hoping that if they ignore us long enough, we will get tired, frustrated, dejected, hopeless and give up like almost everyone else has.
They are desperate for us to give up. Absolutely desperate.
We will not. Instead, we will keep exposing their deceit, cover-ups, incompetence and criminality, every day, every week, every month, until justice is upheld for every single person and family whose lives they have ripped apart!
Not the pseudo-justice that many of the UK courts purport, while actually coercively controlling the bottom-tier population. Real justice, based on God’s immutable, inexorable, timeless laws and guiding light principles.
Four Years of Holding the Insolvency Service Accountable to Criminality
For almost four years we have been responding to the criminal weaponisation of the Insolvency Service in how they targeted Lighthouse Global to try and maliciously destroy us. We have made countless requests for Insolvency Service staff and senior public officials to investigate the veracity of their fake whistleblower sources, not to mention the hundreds of pages of evidence submitted to the UK High Court. Our requests have been to investigators like Gary Seymour, to (Deputy) Official Receivers like Michael Bint, to CEOs like Dean Beale and Judges like ICC Judge Jones.
Now we’re sending and publishing a series of open letters to the Insolvency Service CEO, Duncan Beach —as well as major stakeholders of the Insolvency Service. The Numbers Don’t Lie: Trouble at the Top…

- CEO Duncan Beach doesn’t want to even open this email —or acknowledge receipt of a physical letter. His overlords, however, are very interested in what’s going on beneath them…
The Board for the Department of Business & Trade
- This is the Board of the department that Mr Beach and the Insolvency Service directly report to.
- 11 board members reside, including their chair, the Secretary of State. Already 7 members of the entire Board have opened our first letter to Mr Beach. Those at the top know that the institution is not fit for purpose. They know that incompetence is rife, that cover-ups are rife in their ranks and that therefore incomporruption (where incompetence is hidden through corruption) is very present in the Insolvency Service. They know their hands are not clean of the criminal ongoings of the Insolvency Service and that accountability does not end with their minions. They will very likely be breathing down the necks of Mr Beach and his colleagues —while terrified of what our next steps in accountability and justice will be.
Insolvency Practitioners
- These individuals are regulated by and therefore dependent on the Insolvency Service. Of the 1,000+ Insolvency Practitioners across the UK, so far 686 Insolvency Practitioners have received our open letter and a whopping 52.5% have opened the email, with 41 practitioners clicking on links exposing the reality of the Insolvency Service. Any e-mail campaign expert will tell you that those are astronomical numbers for an email to be opened! They have every right to be concerned.
- The engagement by this group has been unprecedented, with some individuals clicking links in the email as many as 18 times!
- Those most interested in learning more about the Insolvency Service’s criminal actions include senior professionals like Partners of PwC and other respected organisations operating in the insolvency profession.
Secretary of State for Business and Trade
- Everything done to Lighthouse in an effort to destroy us was signed off by the Secretary of State.
- We have emailed all Secretaries of State who’ve overseen the Insolvency Service over the last four years… there’s been six of them overall, including current leader of the Conservative Party, Kemi Badenoch. None of them can escape accountability or feign ignorance. Too often in instances of gross incompetence and corruption, senior figures claim they knew nothing at the time, thus seemingly getting away with tyranny. That will not happen in this instance.
Insolvency Service Staff
- These letters have also been sent to the Insolvency Service staff. It is vital that they are fully informed about their own organisation and their seniors.
- Once you know about a problem and choose not to do anything about it, you are complicit in the problem. No one can hide behind the claim that they were “just doing their job”.
The Fear Behind the Silence
We have always maintained that this work of holding every single individual involved in the attacks on Lighthouse, is a process. We know these individuals and organisations have never encountered anything like this before. We know they are used to getting away (in the short term) with crimes against their own citizens. We know that they have gotten so used to the blood on their hands that they don’t recognise it anymore. They all know now, that we are never going away, and in their morbid curiosity, they cannot help but look at what we are sending them. They are watching what we are doing, watching the events unfold, because they are starting to realise they are bearing witness to the gradual and increasing inevitability in action, live, in real time.
In a nutshell, many of these people are terrified of what is going to happen to them, their organisations and their jobs. On the surface, Lighthouse appears to be a small organisation that could not affect them. But we have demonstrated over the last five years that we’re growing in maturity and conviction in Christ every day. We are grounded and founded in universal, eternal, infinite laws, in the undeniable truth, in absolute justice and reality. Supported by facts, evidence and above all and most importantly without whom none of this would be possible, God Almighty Himself.
We will continue to keep you updated on responses to future open letters. As we reported previously, we have already had individuals and organisations who have been targeted by the state, coming to us from all walks of life for help, because they see how we are righteously holding these top-tier Establishment puppets accountable. Boom! What an insight! My word… the numbers don’t lie indeed. Mr Beach has inherited a complete mess, both the Insolvency Service itself, and the pseudo-investigation into Lighthouse! Wow… fascinating that the Secretary of State’s Board members have almost all looked into this. What strikes me is while politicians are claiming to bring in more transparency with the Hillsborough law… which itself has been so disgustingly stalled and watered down… here we are forcing by way of legitimate pressure, real transparency. So many times people at the very top think they can get away with absconding responsibility and leaving others to do the dirty work. Not here, not this time, not with Lighthouse Global. Paul, Chris, Shaun and all the team behind this, God bless you, this is a really powerful mission here. And I know this is inspiring others to step up, hold these tyrants accountable and get the truth out. Fantastic.

Those email numbers clearly show that people are keeping a close eye on what’s going on at the Insolvency Service, particularly with their new CEO, Duncan Beach.
Those in positions of responsibility know where they have done wrong and often try to hide it. But their wrongdoing will come to light, and we will continue until justice is restored.

The hubris of the Insolvency Service is unreal! They’ve accused Lighthouse of having a lack of transparency and non-compliance. The rap sheet in the case of Lighthouse International Group is damning to say the least!
Meanwhile we see they operate in secrecy as a law unto themselves. What does that mean? They unconsciously project unto others who and what they are in their character and pathology.
Now we at Lighthouse are holding a mirror up to them and it is terrifying for them. Our case is not an isolated one, it is consistent with many others. It is very telling how much interest Insolvency Practitioners have expressed in this recent communication to Duncan Beach. The new Insolvency Service CEO has a number of people to thank; starting with the original fake whistleblower sources, Gary Seymour and Michael Bint.
This article hits close to home — what Paul, Chris and Shaun are documenting here is not abstract or theoretical. It is real, and it has affected people I know and care about deeply. The silence from Duncan Beach is not neutrality, it is a choice. A choice to protect the institution over the people it has devastated.
The email engagement numbers are staggering — over 52% of Insolvency Practitioners opened that letter. Nearly two thirds of the Department of Business & Trade Board have read it. These are not people who stumbled across something by accident. They know. And that knowledge now carries responsibility.
What strikes me most is the point about defamation. If even one of these claims were false, they would have sued already. The silence is the confession.
I am so grateful this work is being done — because most people on the receiving end of this kind of institutional abuse feel completely alone, like the system is too big and too entrenched to ever face consequences. Lighthouse is proving that wrong, one open letter at a time. God bless you all. We will not give up.
There is something very horrid that sits behind government. Not to say we don’t need it, we don’t need the Insolvency Service, but we need one that actually is for the people and not that small group of people who run the world. Getting the truth out is the best way and hold these people accountable to their humanity. Keep silent isn’t going to help the either, This mister Beach, maybe be new but I beat he’s made from the same cloth as he’s predecessor…like I say, silence isn’t going to work.
I do find it fascinating that if one doesn’t reply to a letter from the BBC or other private businesses for a parking fine for example, they will chase and chase and in the case of a parking fine they will add to the fine and add to the fine. But if one of these institutions do something wrong or criminal and they are sent letters wanting an explanation – they ignore it and hope it goes away! Yet another example of top and bottom tier justice.
Shining light into the darkness is essential for the truth to be seen.
The more people can see and understand what is happening, the more accountability will be brought into organisations that claim to be working in the public’s interest.
If they are true to that interest they would welcome such light.
If not they will continue to try and hide.
Fascinating, thank you! Four years of accountability and questioning them, based on principles, facts, evidence and truth and still the Insolvency Service remains silent. That speaks volumes beyond words. Can there be any more of a damning indictment of their position and how they have acted. Mr Beach is just the latest in the merry-go-round of CEO’s there to have to turn away and hide. But more and more people are watching this and soon there will be millions who know these names and what’s happened here. Plus it doesn’t help the Insolvency Service that the political climate in the UK is more distrusting and antithetical to the government than its ever been, meaning that people are looking for examples of how this government is letting them down and abusing their position and power. It isn’t going to get any better! Their silence will only make the fallout from this exponentially worse over time. Thank you to Lighthouse for holding the line and refusing to bow down to tyranny.
When I saw what exactly happened to Mr Becker (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1b91WG41WD/?mibextid=wwXIfr) compared the narrative that was spun about him, I want to say that I was shocked but I’m not and clearly
the Insolvency Service has been corrupt and defunct for many, many years. Goodness knows how many other people they have harmed.
This is why we cannot refrain from holding Mr Beach accountable, they must be and will be consequences for the destruction that the Insolvency Service cause to innocent people.
What happened to Boris Becker, and the way he was pursued, was absolutely abysmal. It should serve as a warning to all of us—whether famous or not—that the Insolvency Service can operate in a way that feels like the Wild West.
The extent of the claims made in pursuit of their objectives raises serious concerns about accountability and integrity. Otherwise, many of the things that have happened in our case at Lighthouse would not have happened.
I don’t hold out much hope for Mr. Beach, but I do hope he takes this seriously—and I sincerely hope he chooses to act.

It’s a clear indication if how little action is being taken, proving they are not taking this serious to take action. What Lighthouse, Paul S Waugh and Shaun Cooper have been through over the past 3 years is not to be taken for granted. The stress they and their families have and are going through is causing them serious health issues.
