Good evening, everybody.

This one will really be a short one. Tomorrow is going to be quite lengthy in relation to our work moving forward. But I wanted to share a little bit on the back of previous days about the new publications—the Lighthouse News magazine and our booklets that are coming out—particularly in relationship to the establishment. I want to make a few things clearer about what we mean by the establishment and what’s going on, because very few people really don’t understand what that is and how we’ve been attacked because of our research.
As we discussed in yesterday’s update, we are preparing two critical publications: Christians and the Establishment Problem: Setting Our Boundaries and Protecting Them in Christ and Citizens vs. the Establishment: Compete or Comply. Today I want to go deeper into understanding what the establishment actually is.
Today’s Update: The Establishment Explained
What Is the Establishment?
When I talk about the establishment, there are different ways of saying it. Some people say the haves and the have-nots. Some people will say there’s two-tier policing, a two-tier judicial system. What they’re talking about is the establishment and the rest of us. That’s what that two-tier thing is.
All that is—the two-tier policing or the two-tier justice system or the two-tier this or that—what you’re talking about is one set of rules, one set of outcomes, one set of opportunities, one set of values for one group: the establishment, the infinitely less than 1%. And then the 99.99% that is the rest of us. That’s what we’re dealing with here.
The Old Guard vs. The Modern Establishment
The modern establishment has only been around for the last, say, 50 years, this current establishment, from around the early ’70s. The work that I’m doing in the books I’m working on at the moment will explain how that is. But I want to share something far darker, far older, far deeper than anything else in relation to the establishment.
And that is the old establishment. We’re talking about the intergenerational, old money, deep, dark, been around for years—three, four hundred years, since the Napoleonic Wars, really full on since then. But the establishment, there’s been establishments all the way back to the beginning of time.
What we’re talking about here is the old money, the old guard, the old establishment that built a lot of the institutions, the schools—the Eton’s and so on and so forth that exist. That old establishment, all this new establishment comes out of that. They’re the offspring, people that married into it. Certain people that have risen into the ranks as nouveau riche, new money.
It really is that old guard that’s really behind the deepest influences. What comes out of that old guard of the establishment is that invisible head of the beast that we can’t see. That no one knows about their influences, actually influences, the new establishment more than anything else. The old guard, the old families. This old, old money—with stores and stores of minerals and gold and reserves of all sorts of things. Wine that goes back 150, 160 years old.
How the Establishment Shaped Education
It’s that old guard, that old establishment that started the industrial age. That brought in the new lot, that brought in the knowledge worker age, which we’re now in. That brought in the digital age, that brought in the IT age, which is now artificial intelligence as it is now. And at different levels as that’s coming in, all from the establishment.
What is important here is how we’re educated, how we’re raised, the intergenerational way our parents have raised us. How that’s changed through the industrial age. How schools came about at all. And how the human being has been moved out of the equation to ourselves. The self-knowledge, the self-understanding. The inside-in knowledge of what an actual human being actually is.
Who am I, Paul Waugh? Who am I as a human being? I didn’t learn that at school. I didn’t learn that at home. And the state, I can assure you, along with the establishment did not have any programs going, “You’ve got to harness the human being, help the young crop of people”—in my generation, the baby boomers. “Let’s get this little baby boomer, Paul Waugh, and really add on with all these other little baby boomers and let’s look at their potential and really get the most out of them. Let’s teach them about their potential. Let’s teach about their humanness. Let’s teach about the value, God-given value, God-given potential that is a human being. And let’s really develop this human being inside in, inside out, outside in, outside out.”
We never got that. We got trained for the workplace. We got trained for the industrial age. And then shortly after the baby boomers, we got trained for the knowledge worker age.
When you go back to the old guard, the old school, and you have a look at that, you see how the syllabus was arranged, what the intention by the establishment was: to prepare human beings for their factories, for their offices, for the finance systems, for the banks, for the new economy. The whole education system was geared around that. It was about the industrial age. It was about the economy. It was about preparing people for work, not preparing people’s potential for optimal and maximal value. At all.
And we were banded into classes, economic classes. We were put into: working class, middle class, lower middle class. And then that all became based on economics. It went into consumerism.
Why the Establishment Fears Your Potential
The old establishment strongly affects this modern one. The parents, the grandparents, the great-great-great-grandparents of these families that are head of the establishment. Because the establishment in its own right has people that are higher up than others. It’s a whole system, layers of it. They’ve got them and then they’ve got us.
And what we’re doing at Lighthouse is going, “This potential thing, this needs to change.” We need to work on it. We need to advance people on what that is by looking at the body of Christ.
This is very important work we’re doing here. All this educational work we’re now getting out to the body, now getting out to the citizens of this world. Why would they consider ordinary citizens a threat? Why would they consider Christians a threat? Why would the establishment—which is really a point percentage of the world’s population, the global establishment and the national establishments, the sovereign-based establishments—why or how are we a threat to them?
Because that’s where the danger is. When we know we are a threat to them, rising up in our potential above our station, above our level of thinking. They can handle an odd one coming out of nowhere. They can handle an Elon Musk. They can handle a Richard Branson. They can handle these non-establishment types coming out and joining the journey of that establishment or being influenced by the establishment at every class level.
They can handle the odd Trump coming up. They can handle the odd Soros. What they can’t handle is everybody optimising their potential, as I said yesterday. They can’t handle that. It would be the end of the establishment as they know it. It would be the end of their dominance, and it would be the start through earnings and through potential of shared wealth.
Now, that ain’t going to happen as long as the establishment’s there because they don’t want you to share that wealth, whether you earn it or not, whether you have the potential, developed, grown or not.
And this is why Lighthouse has been attacked. And we have literally thousands, not hundreds, thousands of reasons, evidenced, reasoned, beyond reasonable doubt—reason, evidence, facts that prove this over decades that show this.
But you can’t just talk about this modern day establishment. You have to go all the way back hundreds of years and see how they operated and see how it all started. And that’s what I’m going to be sharing. So there’ll be more depth tomorrow and we’ll start this process of sharing this.
Closing Prayer
Father, thank you for this incredible opportunity to share this message. Every day their eyes are opening. Every day their souls are becoming more privy, more engaged, more educated.
Father, when You were incarnate on Earth as Jesus Christ, our Lord, the second person in God, You said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. I will give you the truth and the truth will set you free.”
And that’s what this work is doing. It’s asking questions and the answers are setting us free, because the answers are helping us, Father, to find, to develop our characters, develop our potential in our characters, the potential in our competency, the potential in our knowledge, the potential in our skill, the potential in our action ability, executional skills and implementational skills. You’re helping us find out what’s at the root and to solve problems, problems to value.
Where we never have to say no, Father, where we ought to say yes to our children. When we see children struggling with clean water problems, with food issues, with medicine issues, with education issues, with theochristological, human, material, financial issues, we can say yes, because that’s what You’ve commissioned us to do. Help our enemies. Help widows and orphans. Love them. Not just help them, love them. That’s never having to say no. That’s love them.
And You have commissioned us to do this work, and we are so excited to go out and do this. So, we thank You, Father. We love You. We thank You for Your love, Your protection, Your care, Your perspicuity, Your education, Your guidance, Your Spirit, You kicking us up the pants where we need to in the right direction. We’re so grateful.
Father, we pray for the vulnerable. We pray for our enemies. We pray for the establishment. We pray for the citizens. We pray for everyone You’ve commissioned us to help, and to love, and to have the wherewithal to do so, to have the resources to do so, to have the value through You, through Your blessing to do so, because You produced it. Despite the select few people in this world, the establishment who don’t want us to do this, who fear Your people, who fear the masses.
So Father, we thank You. We, with bowed heads and bended knee, repent, and we thank You through Your Son, Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.
Closing Comments
Guys, thank you very much. Please keep your eyes open. Please keep your people safe. Look what’s happening in this world. One minute you walk along the street, next minute there’s shooters shooting you on the beach. Please, don’t think it won’t happen to you. It’s everywhere. Knife crime is terrible in the UK and other parts of the world. Please look after yourselves, please.

Hi everyone,
We are recognising with clarity that what has been shared illuminates a reality many of us have sensed but could never fully name: the establishment is not a slogan or single group, but a layered, intergenerational system that favours a small minority. Understanding this helps explain much of our lived experience.
We are confronting how deeply this system has shaped our fears, assumptions, and sense of self-worth, often stunting our God-given potential. Yet there is gratitude, because light is breaking in. Education, media, legal frameworks, and cultural narratives were not designed to cultivate discerning human beings, but compliant workers and consumers—explaining the resistance to work that recentres conscience, truth, and Christ.
Alongside humility and fear, there is quiet confidence that real progress is being made. God is using even our stumbling and frustration to guide us with discernment. Scripture on principalities and powers is no longer abstract; awareness is urgent, and ignorance is no longer an option.
Courage—speaking plainly, drawing boundaries, appealing to conscience—is vital. Above all, we are grounding ourselves in Christ, trusting that all progress and impact are directed by Him. Our potential is sacred, our choices matter, and our responsibility is real.

I really appreciate what Paulie shared this evening. Understanding the history of the establishment has helped me see more clearly what it is and how it operates. As Paulie explained, there will always be an establishment, but when it is used to harm vulnerable and innocent children and people, that’s where we have a problem.
I’m grateful for the bridge Paulie brought in, as it adds depth to yesterday’s update and our understanding. The danger of this world is becoming more apparent, especially through social media and mainstream news. Thank you to Paulie for his insight and willingness to educate us, and above all to Christ for His care and love for the elect. God bless us all. Amen.
What really landed with me was Paul naming something that most people feel but struggle to articulate and so use language such a “two-tier” and he explains what it is. They know something is there but they don’t know exactly what it is, they see that they don’t have the advantages of what the “other half” have. They are missing a structure and framework. So once Paul names the Establishment as a system with different rules for different people, so much suddenly makes sense.
I remember hearing that truly wealthy people think in generations – ie generational wealth. They don’t think short term and don’t just think about themselves. That old guard, old establishment, thinking and working hundreds of years ahead, while this latest generation is so lost in the minutia, a credit and instant fix generation with such low attention spans. The establishment must laugh at their human experiment seeing so many exist as rats. We were never made to exist as we do now, in little boxes watching boxes eating out of boxes and working in boxes. We have so much untapped God given potential… goodness, I never appreciated how special this work is and how opposed it truly is at its very core by the old establishment. Such a powerful distinction that yes, they’re fine with the odd anomaly coming out… but not the masses. As Hitler’s propaganda filmmaker termed it, the ‘submissive void’ is submissive for a reason. Developing our godly human faculties (Genesis 1:26-27) is our inalienable right and one we’ve been blindsided to, from our schooling onwards. God bless you Paul, He has certainly protected you and your spirit to be doing this work now despite everything you’ve been attacked with.
You are really making me think, the dynamic landscape you are painting for us is truly enabling. You are helping things that are happening right now in society make sense. I look at governments and they seem mostly incompetent, yet these people come from places like Eton, who have the best of the best. It doesn’t add up unless it’s orchestrated. Like you saying the education system isn’t designed for thriving, not geared towards realising our potential, yet you look at entertainment and the media and how lustful it is, rather than nurturing. You start to see how things could be very different, but that it’s intended to be this way.
I love this work at Lighthouse, it’s looking directly at our God given potential, and not just seeing it but actively doing something to realise it and make things different for us all.

Today’s update is bringing things into perspective, and I say that because now, understanding why, when we were at school, we were never taught to think for ourselves. The establishment doesn’t want thinkers, they want people to comply to their way of thinking. They don’t want us asking questions, and making adjustments, and this is why Paul is hated and has been attacked. He is helping us to think for ourselves and question the status quo.

The part about the two-tier system really stood out to me. It’s unsettling to recognise how rules, consequences, and opportunities don’t apply equally, even though we’re told they do. That imbalance quietly trains people to accept less, question themselves, or blame themselves when things don’t work. Naming that structure matters, because once you see it, you can stop internalising the injustice and start understanding what’s actually being done to you.
Paulie’s understanding and saliency is very much needed. I say that because there are many, many problems caused by our imperfection, sin and underdevelopment of our human endowments, and thank God there are people who are standing up to the various pockets of tyranny rampant on this earth, but many are not able to, as I haven’t been able to, to get right to the root of how things actually work. Yes, many have albeit, a secondary understanding of why a problem exists, and yes they may point fingers at the government or office in leadership and so on, but we need to know and talk about who and what is fuelling, funding, supporting and perpetrating many of these problems we face and as importantly, why. Brilliant article, thank you.
I really value these audios and articles about the establishment. So often we get lost in the noise pumped out by legacy media, which makes it hard to see the deeper truths and the real issues beneath the surface.
As Mark Twain famously said, “If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.” That observation feels increasingly relevant.
This two-tier system plays out everywhere, in politics, business, justice, and the media. It seems designed to foster constant competition, trapping people on a hamster wheel that leaves little room for cooperation or genuine community. The establishment often feels like a network of inward-looking, almost cultish groups, more concerned with self-preservation than with serving others, and deeply resistant to any loss of control.
I also appreciate the distinction drawn between the old and the new establishment, and the recognition of how far back these power structures go, rooted in generations of old money and entrenched influence. Developing knowledge and understanding about this is empowering and increases choice. Thank you and God bless
I’ve been reflecting on how I was taught to see the establishment growing up. I was essentially raised to be bitter and resentful about the establishment from family, friends and teachers.
Meanwhile I was being kept limited by the establishment to remain in a position where I could do nothing about these things. I see how the establishment is very happy to have national and global populations that moan and complain, but can do little else to change things. They may dangle initiatives like the ‘Big Society’ introduced by David Cameron, but this is given to a population that can’t do anything about it other than mock it or use it as a buzzword to apply for government funding.
To use a physical comparison I’m seeing how the establishment basically prevents the everyday citizen from developing legs to a healthy level and then broadcasts that we all have the opportunity to run a marathon. But everyone’s there just with only their hands and knees to move, so they give up before they try, or they utterly break themselves by trying to battle the odds completely stacked against their favour.
Ultimately the establishment controls who and what succeeds in this world. They are the crumb distributors… crumbs of entertainment, crumbs of scandal, crumbs of conspiracy, crumbs of wealth, crumbs of hope.
Yet we have Christ as the bread of life; offering all we need physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually… to live and thrive in God’s Kingdom because of His atonement. I can see this is absolutely terrifying for the establishment and why Christians are being attacked and persecuted in the way they are.
The more Paul adds and talks about the system we are all part of the more it makes sense and the more the reality of it all stands out. Everywhere I look, if we I’m being more aware and paying attention, the more I see the fingerprints and results of the establishment in everything, how they are orchestrating things, how everything is set up for them, for the advantages of the very few, not for the best interests of the common man and woman. What could be more in their best interests than realising their full potential, yet that’s not being addressed and isn’t being dealt with at all, let alone the importance it ought to be given. There’s a growing awareness of just how asleep, naive and indoctrinated I have been and am still finding I am. How much I am so subconsciously and deeply wired into trusting and believing the system, the institutions, like a Truman in a Truman-Show-like existence. Like Cowslip’s warren from Watership Down. The message today helps take the blinds and blinkers off that bit more to see the context better and understand how things have come to be as they are more clearly, to not see the current establishment as something recently coming into being, but that this has come out of something far older and more in control of everything than we have any idea of. Others have spoken on parts of this; for example, Jordan Peterson speaks about how the American education system was based by design on the Prussian model. A system that’s purposefully organised to indoctrinate people into becoming “obedient” workers and soldiers. But even he and many others like him aren’t connecting ALL the dots and informing / educating everyone else as they ought to be, especially looking at what is missing throughout all of it, that being the intention and effort to develop human potential across the board!
