1. Today’s Update
Good evening everyone,
We are deeply disappointed by today’s court result involving our brothers Jatinder Kamra, Sukhraj Singh and Kris Deichler. Below, we share a brief update on the verdict, the intention to appeal, and a wider index of work setting this case in context. We look ahead prayerfully to the appeal process.
I. Latest Court Verdict: Catrin Nye v Lighthouse Associates

This piece gives a focused overview of the recent guilty verdict handed down at Stratford Magistrates’ Court against three Lighthouse Associates – Kris Deichler, Jatinder Kamra, and Sukh Singh – over their conduct in peacefully bringing a letter, a Bible, and questions of accountability to Catrin Nye’s own doorstep.
Key points this update highlights:
– The Associates have made clear their intention to appeal to the Crown Court.
– Their defence rested heavily on fundamental rights: freedom of religion, speech, and peaceful assembly, and on the claim that they acted as independent citizen journalists holding the BBC to account.

3. Today’s Daily “Citizen/Christian and the Establishment Problem” Example
Rupert Lowe – Parents Fined and Threatened By The State For Going On Holiday During School!
Rupert Lowe MP has once again rightfully shown how Britain has become a political system where the state increasingly sees itself as the ultimate authority over children, sidelining and threatening parents into submission during the process. Mr Lowe stated that despite parents bringing children into the world, raising them, caring for them, and guiding their education, yet they are now fined and threatened for taking their own children out of school for a few days to spend time together as a family. This, he suggests, reveals a deeper problem: the assumption that the government knows better than parents.
The claim that missing a handful of school days will damage a child’s education is challenged as absurd, especially when schools themselves close for teacher training days, strikes, and disruptions without penalty. Parents are punished for interruptions to learning, while institutional disruptions are treated as unavoidable. This double standard exposes a system that prioritises bureaucratic rules over common sense and family life.
The speaker also highlights how working families are priced out of holidays during school breaks due to inflated travel costs, making term-time trips the only realistic option for many. Rather than recognising this reality, the state responds with fines and threats, treating responsible parents as offenders!
At the heart of the warning is a broader concern: decision-making is increasingly driven by distant officials armed with spreadsheets. The same people that once locked children out of classrooms for months now claim parents cannot be trusted with a few days of absence. This is disguised as child protection but in reality it is state overreach.
The message is stark. When central government directives begin to insert itself into everyday family decisions, it is no longer supporting citizens, it is controlling them. Of course there are genuine instances where parents are reckless and abuse their powers and children need protection. But these situations are not about that. They are about how the Establishment needs institutions such as schools to indoctrinate children. Rupert Lowe and ourselves are warning that the reach of the state will continue to expand, quietly and relentlessly unless citizens unite to protect themselves.

4. Lighthouse Associates Consensus Feedback
The following feedback was shared with Paul by associates at Lighthouse in response to yesterday’s daily update.
We find ourselves in a weighty in-between space—where fear, gratitude, clarity, and resolve sit side by side. Preparing for court and the real possibility of loss has stripped away illusion and revealed how much we usually take comfort and provision for granted. Rather than crushing us, this has humbled us, refocused our attention on God, and made small graces visible again.
What’s becoming clearer is the difference between being willing to suffer and truly wanting to follow Christ wherever He leads. Standing openly with Him exposes our avoidance and self-preservation, yet we are also seeing God meet us powerfully—often in unexpected places—reminding us that the Spirit moves most where the cost is highest.
We’re being forced to lift our eyes beyond outcomes and remember that Christ alone is Judge. This reframes everything: the real danger is spiritual, not institutional, and the real battle is not against flesh and blood. It leaves us humbled before God, aware of our lukewarmness, yet secure in His grace.
Signs of accountability and justice matter not for gain, but because they acknowledge real harm and mark a shift from denial to consequence. Even here, we’re learning to resist vengeance and pray for those who have attacked us, holding eternity in view.
Internally, God is also exposing immaturity, avoidance, and patterns long left untouched. Transformation is proving to be less about insight and more about obedience—choosing the narrow road daily. This journey isn’t meant to be safe or comfortable, but faithful.
Whatever comes next, we trust God will use it for His glory. This doesn’t feel like an ending, but a threshold. We’re tired, grateful, hopeful, and thankful to be walking this together—seeking to remain aligned with truth, repentance, compassion, and obedience, so that God, not us, shines through. x x x

Tired but grateful, we move forward anchored in faith, trusting the Author, Jesus Christ, beyond every temporary verdict. x x

It was an incredible day yesterday, and I pray for the guys — Kris, JT and Sukh — as they face sentencing in the coming weeks. May God be with everyone and may we all stand firm and hold fast to the truth. x x
Another meaningful daily update that brings together an extensive range of content. There’s the verdict in court that will be appealed and the Catrin Nye index that links to a vast array of publicly available material that provides background and context for anyone wanting to inform themselves.
Then there’s the video of Rupert Lowe that challenges how the State is looking to raise our children. Yet from what I see in the education system, it’s intensifying in its indoctrination of the next generation. Children are being failed as they are completely unprepared for life. There’s no true partnership between parents and the education system to the point that there are parents fighting against the system rather than with it. It’s no wonder that there are a growing number of parents who want to homeschool their children.
However, I say that whilst recognising these parents also need to be educated on what a full and complete upbringing means and requires. Some meaningful articles on this subject can be found here. Most people are too scared to look at the true responsibility involved in parenting and it’s no wonder, given how parents have attacked Paul Waugh.

Seeing the list of articles about Catrin Nye gives a clear picture of her character and highlights the lies and wrongdoing associated with both her and the BBC. It also shows how the establishment seeks to manipulate and control narratives.
In line with that, hearing Rupert Lowe speak about the education system was very revealing, particularly how the establishment and the government increasingly reach into upbringing and areas that should be the responsibility of parents. As Mr Lowe said, let’s put families back on the agenda. Regaining control over how we educate our children is essential, and it also requires us as parents to step up and ensure our children receive what they truly deserve.
Praying for our brothers today and will continue to support them in the appeal proceedings.
Completely agree with Rupert Lowe and the need to help families build closer ties, and not continually prosecuting them.

I also thank you for the new establishment problem and how Mr Lowe is highlighting the problem in the establishments fining parents for taking their children out of school during term times. This is ridiculous, why should they be fined?

Rupert Lowe’s piece just highlights that education is a control mechanism, but I value that when we look into things, we start seeing the manipulation. Like a child will suffer, it feels more like they are worried the indoctrination tactic might run out. It is a deeply sad state of affairs we are in.
I’m extremely grateful to everyone who has supported and stood by us through this process and I look forward to taking this case to the Crown Court.
Rupert Lowe is again speaking common sense, human empathy and logic. Sadly such state overreach is a symptomatic effect of an increasingly secular society. When society divorces itself from God and His laws as their highest power, then people will try and replace that authority and power despotically as we’re seeing is ever increasing.
This week has been intense as I process the verdict, but I’m looking to the appeal with full resolve. We know the truth is on our side, and the appeal is our chance to confront this injustice properly. It’s not just about a legal battle—it’s about standing firm in what is right, supporting each other, and refusing to be silenced or intimidated.
