Good day everyone,

Victims of the BBC Granted First Financial Compensation relating to the BBC’s Deception-Filled Abomination ‘A Very British Cult’

We have very good news to share today. If you are genuinely committed to truth and justice, this will encourage you. If, however, you are among those who have tried to destroy us at any cost, this will not be welcome news at all.

Since the attacks on me, Paul S. Waugh, and Lighthouse Global began in earnest almost five years ago, I have made it clear that every single person (including those sniping from the shadows and assuming that anonymity will protect them) will be held fully accountable for their vicious attempts to destroy me and us. I have repeatedly stated that justice will be served and that the perpetrators will compensate us for the extensive human, material, and financial damage they have caused.

WELL.. That financial compensation has now begun!

Providentially, in the last month, coinciding with Donald Trump’s decision to sue the BBC for $10 billion, victims of the malicious falsehoods in A Very British Cult have received their first financial compensation for the damage caused by the BBC, its staff, and its sources. Unlike the maliciously false claims made by the BBC and its sources against us, we have full evidence of this compensation and the reason for it. Given the extent that we have been attacked and abused as individuals, to protect those involved from online predatory trolls as well as the BBC, we have been advised to keep the identities and specific details of this matter private for now.

We give thanks first and foremost to our Lord for this welcome development. Yet while it is welcome, it is not a surprise to us at Lighthouse. In the near future we expect to be compensated for the damage done to all of us by the BBC and its Predatory Troll sources, led by Richard Thomas of Monetate, together with others who are being held accountable for their attacks on the people of Lighthouse. This ongoing compensation will not only be for us. It will ultimately extend to you—the licence fee payer—and to the many other victims of BBC attacks, slander, and, not least, abhorrent and disgusting child abuse.

Many individuals and organisations who were duped by A Very British Cult and its sources are now being forced to confront and compensate for the bias, prejudice, pain, suffering, and losses they helped inflict. The BBC and Catrin Nye now face imminent legal action from individuals and organisations who acted on BBC falsehoods. 

While Catrin Nye tries to present herself as a heroine standing up for vulnerable “victims,” her behaviour has demonstrated the opposite. She has caused egregious harm and shown no concern for that harm so long as she believes her career will benefit. Such an attitude has already begun, and will continue, to be her undoing. The case of Catrin Nye is one that psychologists will study for decades to come.

It is only by the Grace of God, through Jesus Christ, that we have survived this coordinated onslaught by establishment forces acting through the press, government agencies, and various bad actors online. All of the BBC’s victims at Lighthouse have had to undergo counselling and intensive support just to cope. As we have stated before, a few of our brothers and sisters at Lighthouse tried to take their own lives due to these heinous and co-ordinated attacks; thank God they survived!

How many more innocent men and women have suffered because of BBC lies and slander? Commenting on President Trump’s legal action against the BBC, former Prime Minister Liz Truss said:

“[The BBC] is a huge problem. They’ve lied, they’ve cheated, they’ve fiddled with footage, especially in the case of President Trump, but also covering up what’s happening in Britain — whether it’s mass migration, whether it’s our economic problems, they are always biased towards the left.”

They are indeed, Ms Truss. But they will not get away with it.

We have consistently sought justice, reform, compensation, and truth in relation to the BBC. By the grace and mercy of God Himself, we will see that through.

The worm has turned. All glory be to God.

Barrister Daniel ShenSmith Warns Of State of UK Justice System: Something Is Deeply Wrong

Recently on 7th Jan, we exposed how the UK justice system is moving at speed into dangerous territory. Recent cases expose a pattern that should alarm anyone who believes in justice, fairness, proportionality, and common sense. We now live in a country where a person can receive a longer prison sentence for something posted online than for committing multiple, proven sexual offences against a child. That is a profound failure of justice and human conscience itself.

In another recent case, barrister Daniel ShenSmith discusses how a man convicted of seven serious sexual offences against an 11-year-old child, committed over a two-year period, was sentenced to just two and a half years in prison. Meanwhile, another individual, Lucy Connolly, received a longer custodial sentence for an online post. Regardless of legal technicalities, this comparison exposes how two-tiered and politically driven  sentencing outcomes have become from moral gravity and real-world harm.

What makes this even more troubling is how authorities frame these crimes. Greater Manchester Police publicly described the victim as a “teenage girl” despite the fact she was 11 at the time of the offences, a child by every legal and ordinary definition. Why would they do this? To soften public understanding, to deceive the public wilfully or not, and in doing so they dilute accountability.

Judges are often blamed as the public face of the justice system, but the deeper issue lies in sentencing guidelines developed by the Sentencing Council that allow – and in some cases encourage – leniency in the most serious offences, while the system simultaneously shows increasing severity toward speech, expression, and opinion This creates a judiciary that is more comfortable and even driven to punish words than confronting violence and abuse. This imbalance does not happen by accident. It reflects the Establishment’s priorities. And when justice begins to feel selective — harsh on some, forgiving to others public confidence collapses.

Yet who is the Sentencing Council? Have you ever heard of it? Most likely not… Ask yourself why? It is an independent, non-departmental public body part of the Ministry of Justice. Yet what does the public know about how it is run? Who sits on it? How it makes decisions! Why would the Establishment keep this from you and present other figures to blame instead?

We all must pay careful attention to authorities whose decisions have such widespread consequences on your life. We need to be on the lookout for situations where the Establishment are manipulating their powers against ordinary citizens. Don’t ever accept the story and image presented on the surface. Look deeper. Enquire. We need to use every lawful mechanism available to challenge their mistakes. Justice does not defend itself. If left unchecked, it does not merely fail, it is reshaped, quietly, until it no longer serves those it exists to protect. When justice stops making sense, it is not the public that is confused. It is the system that is broken.

We are collectively realising that what Paulie has been giving us is not simply teaching about suffering, but the long-missing grasp of love itself. What has struck us most is the truth that love and suffering are not opposites but inseparable: if we remove suffering, what remains is not love at all, but flattery, fear, self-protection, and manipulation dressed up as care.

All of us can now see that we were raised on counterfeit versions of love — based on feelings, approval, performance, or avoidance of discomfort — and that this left us emotionally, spiritually, and relationally underdeveloped. Some of us experienced neglect, others grooming, others over-indulgence, others pressure to please, but the common thread was the absence of people willing to suffer with us and for us in order to help us grow. That absence explains far more about our wounds, our addictions, our passivity, our narcissism, and our relational chaos than we had ever understood before.

Many of us are also feeling the emotional weight of how far behind we are — in empathy, initiative, discipline, honesty, courage, and capacity to love. Some of us feel aptly like children who were never taught how to be human, only how to survive. Yet paradoxically, this has also given us hope: we finally know what we were missing, and therefore what we must now learn.

What makes this breakthrough especially powerful is that this teaching is not abstract. It is rooted in Christ, in Scripture, and in lived experience. We are recognising that to follow Jesus is not to admire Him from a safe distance, but to share His sufferings — to become disciplined, obedient, and loving in the same way He is. We are being confronted with the truth that wanting to be in Christ means wanting to love as He loves, and that love always costs.

We do not yet want to suffer as we ought. Many of us can barely tolerate it. But we now see that wanting to love and wanting to suffer are different sides of the same coin. We see that our reluctance is not the enemy if we keep moving in the right direction and on the right path. For the first time, we feel we have a bridge — from who we are, to who we are meant to become.

We are sobered, humbled, feeling our fragility, grateful, and strangely hopeful. This work is demanding, but it is truth. And truth, even when it hurts, is coming home. Thanks to our Lord and Saviour.
