Being Diabolically Enslaved

Yesterday, we shared two ways of being constituted:

- or divinely
Here is just one of thousands of ways in which millions of children, EVERY DAY, are diabolically constituted… yes, including many Christian children who believe they are getting an “education”…

How Would You Respond to a Christian Brother’s Prayers?
“Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.” — Ephesians 6:18
Yesterday, we shared one of several prayers that Paul S. Waugh sent to Christian Hacking earlier this year. There was, and still has not been, any direct response by Mr Hacking.
Here is a second prayer that Paul sent to the amateur journalist a few days later.
How would you have responded to receiving this if you were Christian Hacking?
We have had wildly contrasting experiences at Lighthouse, where Christian brothers and sisters from other countries have extended themselves (even during their own times of illness and suffering) to reach out and pray for Paul, for other Associates at Lighthouse, and for all of us as a team. We are deeply thankful and blessed by such prayerful care and support.
All of us fail and fall short of praying in the ways we ought to for one another. But what is our attitude when we slip and stumble? To ignore those occasions, or to strive to repent and extend ourselves in love for each other?
Tomorrow, we will be publishing an open letter regarding Mr Hacking’s attitude and non-response to these and other prayers and loving extensions from Paul.
3. Targeted from the Outside: How The Establishment Persecutes us Christians
BBC Verify… But Who Verifies the Verifiers?
“You then who teach others, do you not teach yourself?” — Romans 2:21
The BBC has spent decades investigating, scrutinising and fact-checking others.
In 2023, they even launched BBC Verify — a service dedicated to verifying claims made by politicians, public figures and media organisations.
But there is one question the BBC appears far less comfortable answering:
Who verifies BBC Verify?
In today’s featured article, Citizen BBC Verify publishes a formal request for comment sent to Marianna Spring and the entire BBC Verify team.
The email raises serious questions about accountability, transparency, double standards, and whether the BBC is willing to subject itself to the same scrutiny it applies to others.
Why does the BBC investigate others so aggressively, yet appear reluctant to rigorously investigate itself?
Why do so many ordinary complainants report being ignored, dismissed or stonewalled when presenting evidence of BBC wrongdoing? And can an organisation genuinely claim to verify truth if it resists equivalent verification of its own conduct?
The article contains the full email, the questions put directly to the BBC Verify team, and an invitation for every reader to consider a question that becomes increasingly difficult to ignore once seen:
Can those who claim authority to verify everyone else be trusted if they refuse to be verified themselves?

The audio of Paul literally asking Christian Hacking to pray for him is so revealing, tragically. I look at the first video on school and I believe Mr Hacking went to Chatsworth. But like millions of us, would have never been taught about love, care, kindness and affection.
How much this is amplified in the case of the BBC, who think they can treat people as pawns and property while they monopolise the public record. No more. Thank you for all the work going into Citizen BBC Verify.
Really meaningful update. It’s tragic to see the reality of how the so-called education system we have is nothing more than a sausage machine. I spent around 7 years trying to improve the education system through the charity sector and I see that dream would’ve been completely crushed trying to work within the system. I say that now given how evident it is that schools are not designed to prepare young people for life.
In line with this we see the example of Christian Hacking who simply couldn’t respond to Paul S. Waugh with any level of respect, maturity, care or courtesy. This is shown by the nature of the prayers that Paul shared with Christian and what didn’t come back.
Lastly I appreciate the way that BBC Verify is being challenged in a meaningful way. Unsurprising that the BBC has failed to respond…
Powerful update. There are so many important truths here, from the schooling system limiting our potential like no other, to Paul’s prayer for Christian Hacking and all that we can learn about our own extension and love for one another. It was deeply moving to hear Paul’s prayer and equally painful to recognise where Christian Hacking is, and where I have also been, while also seeing how that is changing by and through the grace of God alone.
The email to Marianna Spring and the BBC Verify team, together with the striking question it raises, is also very powerful. I look forward to future updates and pray that we will receive a response from Christian Hacking regarding Paul’s care and love for him, and that those at BBC Verify will step up to the plate and hold themselves accountable to the same verification standards they apply to others.

Thank you for such a powerful update. The video gives insight into how our natural affection, creativity and dreams become destroyed by the Establishment which leads to someone struggling to pray for a fellow Christian as with Mr Hacking.
BBC Verify is an absolute irony at the very least. To put it politely. It’s another part of its façade to the public.
Big update, thank you. I appreciate the clip about schools being a scam and how the establishment through its education systems creates a scarcity mindset and does not teach us about our potential as human beings. It is shocking how little focus there is on our character development. The example of Christian Hacking and his non response to Paul’s love and care and to his personal prayer to Mr Hacking reveals a lot about his character, and I hope Mr Hacking recognises what he needs to repent for.
Thanks as well for the update on BBC Verify and how they act as a paragon of virtue without looking at themselves and without owning their own mistakes. This says again so much about the prevailing culture inside the BBC and why trust in them is almost completely gone.
Once again another powerful update. I value the care and attention that goes into each update, making sure that we, the public, receive the truth. I value the prayer that Paul sent Mr Hacking, another loving prayer of a Christian brother reaching out to another 🙏

If BBC Verify wishes to present itself as an arbiter of truth, then it should welcome the same scrutiny it directs at others. Public trust is not earned through authority, credentials, or branding; it is earned through transparency, accuracy, and a willingness to answer legitimate questions.
Many people are no longer willing to accept “because we said so” as evidence. The public has every right to examine claims, challenge narratives, and ask whether the fact-checkers themselves have been fair, impartial, and truthful. Those questions are not a threat to democracy—they are a vital part of it.
Marianna Spring has some tough and necessary questions to answer there. It’s unlikely there will be any response as we know they can’t afford to engage with, let alone answer those kinds of questions without revealing themselves. God bless Paul. His prayers to Mr Hacking show the character we sadly aren’t seeing from Mr Hacking himself and yet it’s Mr Hacking who is throwing criticism and casting aspersions on faith against Paul! Stones and glass houses come to mind. None of us are constituted as God intended us and we all fall so far short of His glory, that only repentance in Christ can help us. Let’s hope God will move in Mr Hacking’s life that things change in a good way.
We pray that Christian Hacking can really look at the state of his heart regarding his non-response to Paul. This is not how we are to treat one another especially anyone professing to be a Christian.
Marianna Spring… wow, the BBC’s first disinformation specialist….who lied on her CV…you just can’t make it up!
It’s harsh world we live in, too many vipers underneath the lilies. The evil I feel more and more for the education system, sucking the potential from children. Then you’ve got the BBC, very comfortable destroying other but won’t look to themselves where they’re even worse that those those they put their attention on to.
Crucial updates and a focus must be put on the integrity of the BBC News teams, if they need a separate division to ‘report facts accurately’??!!!
